Always got good service from here but today I did a carryout order and NOBODY making pizza and touching ingredients, were wearing gloves.. sadly. I won’t be ordering from here again. With covid and not knowing where everyone hands have been, I can’t order again after seeing that.

Nearly no sauce, this is the second time I’ve ordered and they looked like this, I called up there and a guy named Chris answered and said he was the one who made them and that’s how much sauce goes on the food and if I were to come up there, he would make it the same was because that’s how they suppose to look… I will NOT be ordering from them ever again, I guess domino’s or Pizza Hut from here on out. Thanks for the great service papa johns! O and I got two orders of this in from of me and yes the other one looks the same and it’s a different flavor.

It would make it a pleasant experience if you could understand what is being said while you are ordering. I was on the phone trying to order for 15 minutes because I couldn’t understand a word the Indian lady was saying. I kept having to have her repeat herself over and over and still couldn’t understand her. It would help if someone spoke proper English that way the Americans could actually understand what is being said.

Got a NY Style pizza with beef and extra cheese. I showed the pizza to the guy at the counter and asked if it looked like extra cheese to him. I could tell it didn’t have extra cheese, and by his reaction, he knew it didn’t have extra cheese either.

Ordered our pizza at 11:45 for a 6:30 delivery. Called at 6:51 to ask where it was and was instantly told the driver was 5-10 minutes from our house. The pizza didn’t show up for another 20 minutes. 40 minutes late and to top it off our veggie pizza was literally just a handful of each topping dumped on the pizza. I guess we will try someone else from now on.

Our pizza order was placed online through the app. It said our pizza would arrive in 42-52 minutes. It arrived in 30 minutes and was piping hot. It was delicious and the delivery driver was friendly. I am pleased with the quality of service we received from this location. Will definitely order again.
