If there was something less than a zero, they would’ve gotten that. Service was awful and food was not up to par. I was not greeted, very little communication coming from employee, looked like they didn’t want to be there, 2 pizzas were doughy, 1 pizza was an oval, all pizzas were more like thin crusts than normal hand tossed and the cheese sticks looked rough. Employee placed the order on the counter and walked away. I had to tell them I ordered 8 extra pizza sauce. The other Papa Johns in town seems to be run a lot better. Avoid this one at all costs.

By far worst service ever given made the wrong pizza and manager stated that there was nothing she could do to fix the problem. The whole time while she and another employee the guy who made the pizza wrong were laughing along with another customer about the fact they weren’t going to correct their mistake. Do not recommend this location due to poor management and customer service skills

This location has repeatedly canceled orders placed online. All you get is an email that your order is canceled. I have been a fairly regular customer and generous tipper. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Tired of the inconvenience.

OK, I am not really happy with what has been happening at this location…not exactly sure on what it is but, the last 2 times I have ordered from this location it has taken over 2 hours to arrive at my house. For example I made my order at 5:40pm and it is currently 8:13pm and it is still not here. And when I call to check on the order the individual I speak with sounds miserable and is not really willing to help or even care… So with that this is the last time I will ever order from here and will be very apprehensive to order from another papa johns in the future.

Omg. Ordered double pepperoni light sauce and two of spicy garlic. Paid extra for the spicy garlic and double pepperoni. Took forever to get my order. When I got it home, regular pepperoni and no garlic sauce. Over two inches of crust around the pizza. Called and spoke with the manager Josh and was told he was too busy to deal with me and told me it was extra pepperoni that I needed to look closer. It was not. Told him I was going to call the district manager and was told to do so. Never tried to make it right. I will never order from there again.

Worse customer service ever. After an 1hr of waiting I called to be told they were waiting on a driver and the pizza would be in the next deliveries. 30 mins later I called again. I was told it’s a 2 hr delivery time and the pizza hadn’t even been put in the oven. I asked if I could just pick it up, because I live less then 5 mins from the place. They said it’d be 5 mins for the pizza. I arrive and get left standing there over 15 mins before they bother to help. I mentioned I been waiting almost 2 hrs and they could only reply with “well as you can see we’re busy” most the people waiting had also been waiting over an 1hr for their pizza.

Honestly one of the worst pizza places. We order our food and its gonna take 2 hours just for it to arrive. Well we hit the 2 hour mark and I call and they still hadn’t even put my pizzas in the ovens or made them yet. Drive up there because the lady tells me they are going in in 15 mins. Ok thats great they weren’t put in until after I arrived 45 mins after I called. Theres no way it should take 3 hours. Also the manager and I’m assuming she was a manager wasn’t even in uniform or anything had on a pair of leggings and a croptop and thats super unprofessional in my opinion. Also the pizza we did get was undercooked again and this isn’t the first time its happened.
