The customer service received from the phone was rude. I had been calling to get a refund for items that I ordered that I had not received. Once someone finally answered the phone, they yelled “we’re closed” and hung up before I could say anything. Even when someone would talk to me, they continued to be rude. However, the delivery driver, Tyrone, was amazing and very helpful in ensuring I got the help I needed

Our pizza was terrible. First off, it was barely cut and some cuts intersected with other slices The buffalo “wings” that we got were more like chicken nuggets, good thing we had extra sauce at home or they would have been. Worst Papa experience ever.

Pizza is pizza and the food here was good as always. The customer service however was legendary. I had just picked up my food when my car wouldn’t start because of an issue with the battery. Before I could even call someone one of the delivery drivers went out of her way to help me jump my car and showed me how to do it for the future. She also tried to call a tow truck for me. She did this without me even asking and did it with a smile. I hope she knows how much I appreciate it and that she deserves the best. I will forever be coming back to order food from this restaurant.

Rude customer service, asked for corporate numbers and the employee replied with no I don’t hav the number. So I asked for her name and she said “not required”. Again very rude and disrespectful to customer and not accommodating to me and my request. Would definitely miss and drive by this place and on purpose because it’s not worth your time.

Doesn’t look like this review will matter anyway considering how low the reviews already are. Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks, e-mail said estimated 30 minutes, still have not received any kind of notification and it has been over an hour. From the reviews it looks like they switched to door dash and they have multiple orders go out at once, so I am expecting a cold pizza to show up at some point. An absolute waste of $30.

Ordered a pizza and went to pick up and they didn’t have my order in their system claiming I cancelled. The cashier was very friendly but the lady who came to ask about the order was having a bad day and was confrontational and dismissive like they’re waiting for an argument with customers to post on YouTube I left, no worries. The manager was there and allowed this with no offers to help or correct their mistake. I won’t go there again.

They are now using doordash. They send out multiple orders at once to save money. Your food will me lukewarm at best. They messed my order up again, used red sauce instead of alfredo on a pizza that calls for alfredo .Tried calling but kept on hold over 10 min. It will take longer than estimated, and check your food before they leave.
