Didn’t enjoy my pizza at all. I got the new one with the pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust and it wasn’t all that great. The cheese and pepperoni tasted cold inside the crust and I just personally didn’t like the pizza as a whole, wouldn’t get it again. Presentation was great! This pizza would probably be good to others, especially if you like stuffed crust!

Customer service at the Gaffney store is spot on! Store is clean and well maintained. The pizza has an amazing flavor. We also get a gluten free and the crust is one of the best I’ve had. We tried papa John’s after several terrible experiences with the dominoes but we will definitely never order pizza from anywhere but Papa John’s from now on.

Not up to the “papa johns standard” I’m use to .. the last time I got a personal pan, the dough was raw and barely any sauce … before then I ordered a few large pizzas , the buffalo chicken was inedible .. lathered with buffalo sauce and I’ve had it before at a different location and it wasn’t like this version at all … very skimpy on toppings .. meat wise .. def making Spartanburgs location the Go – to

Called on Sunday to place an order around 12:00pm. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally got to place my order. The lady said it would take 45 minutes. I said okay and gave the lady my credit card information. She said your order will be ready at 2:15pm. I told the lady that is more than 45 minutes. I told her to cancel my order. Called Domino’s pizza and it was ready in 25 minutes. I love Papa John’s pizza but I will never order from this location again.

After trying to place a delivery order and being unable to do so, I decided to go up to the building and place a order. The lady working was very upset that I placed a order and cussed and raised Cain the whole time she made my pizza. Service was complete trash. She was more worried about going home than doing her job. I don’t think I will return here ever again. This establiment should either be sold to some who is going to take pride in their company or just close the doors for good.

Honestly pretty bad experience overall. I don’t mind waiting for pizza, but I placed an online order and an hour later, it still wasn’t ready. Two people who were also waiting for a long time ended up canceling their orders right on the spot because they had also waited so long and their pizza was not even started. Many others walked in and were never even acknowledged or talked to until about 15 minutes later of standing at the counter. The workers had pretty bad attitudes. I understand being short staffed and stressed out because of orders, but it also doesn’t warrant being rude and not caring to customers who don’t mind waiting and are understanding. Also neither workers were wearing a face mask at all, which is pretty gross considering they work in fast food during a pandemic. It’s just inconsiderate.

Have ordered from here in past and it was fine. Tonight was different story. Pizza was cold even though I specified time of pickup. No garlic sauce in either box. One pizza was folded over on itself and the other had wrong ingredient. Never order from papa John’s again

Employee’s nor manager are NOT very helpful when ordering over the phone. Felt like I was a bother more than a customer. Next choice was Domino’s, they were very polite and extremely helpful, so..I placed my order there. I rate Papa John’s not even half a star. -0-

I give the Pizza a 3 Star, As far as Customer Service Its a 1 Star. I was never greeted. I walked in store, there was no one inside. After waiting a few mins someone came in from back. He acted as if I was a “bother”. I like Papa John’s and all but if you cant acknowledge me and thank me after I gave your business my money then I’ll find some place else to go! Customer Service goes along way when you work with the public.
