The ppl they have working here don’t take pride in their work for sure. My pizza looked like it had been dropped on the floor and for the price, I’d rather drive to cedar springs Little Caesars bc I can get 2 or 3 pizzas for the price I pay for 1 pizza at Papa John’s.

We placed an order online then when we got there we had to wait 15 more minutes because he gave our pizza to the guy in line in front of us. Then they gave us the wrong pizza and like four tiny cups of marinara sauce for like 25 breadsticks.

All was OK till I went to pick up order. was told via text it was ready, but when I got there was told they just started preparing it. Then 25 minutes later was given wrong order and my order been ready the whole time. Young kid wasn’t listening and wasn’t given good service.
