The J.I. 29412 managment are rude no apology for getting my pizza wrong. I am sorry I ordered from Papa John’s. It has been years since I ordered never will again. 4/9/2023. Only got 2 stars cause I ate the breadsticks which held me off til the new pizza came.

I cannot believe the absolute disregard and rudeness of the store manager, Vincent. So I ordered online and the wait time quoted for pick up was 17-27 minutes. The confirmation email was quoted was 18 minutes, approximately. We sent family to pick it up and they arrived early, knowing it would not be ready. The manager then responded that they couldn’t find the order with the order number, name, or phone number. After some shuffling and telling her she needed to “Figure it out” because he couldn’t locate it, he found the order and told them it would be a 45 minute wait time, which is understandable considering it was a busy Saturday night, though obviously very far off from the original estimated time. He also told her of the last time we had ordered, which was delivery, and stated rudely, “Well was it a delivery order?” She then called me to tell me of the situation, at which point I called the store to speak to a manager.

I’ve ordered twice from here and both times the pizza never showed up. The first time they refused to refund me and offered me free pizza a day after the fact. Last night me and all my friends waited 1.5 hours before calling to ask where the pizza was but by that time, the place was closed and not taking calls. At least this time I was smart enough to not pay over the phone.

Pizza was soggy and covered in grease and looked like someone shook up the box because the pizza slices were on top of each other. The philly cheese papadia had barely anything on it. The cinnamon pull apart was cold and had barely any icing on it. Overall, everything was gross and I want a refund. Never buying anything from here again.

Got our pizza delivered the delivery person dropped it off opened up the box and all three pizzas were smashed to one side of the box. Call the manager talk to the manager he didn’t know what he was doing because he was new and told me to call back in my I might get a free pizza tomorrow. Going to call corporate office in the morning and I think the manager should be fired because he laughed at me. Anybody knows customer service they should have immediately refilled the order and delivered personally but apparently this gentleman did not understand the ability to do a good job quality job!

Went back for the first time in awhile. Pizza was good. Unfortunately I had to wait for them to make my pizza even after ordering 30 minutes before. Seems like a staffing issue. One woman running the whole restaurant…phone, prep, oven and register. She was very helpful and pleasant. It wasn’t her fault. Probably going back to Dominos since things haven’t improved with this franchise location.

Ordered delivery and waited over an hour past the delivery time. Called to ask where it was and was told “oh yeah that’s been ready for awhile but the delivery driver didn’t take it. We can just cancel the order for you” and I was like ahh?? I still kinda want my food. Than they said we could come in a pick it up and I said okay but can we get a refund for the delivery fees and they said yes. Once we got there my husband went in and stood there waiting for someone to help him was ignored than a young man went and answered the phone and proceeded to ignore him. So finally he left because he didn’t want to stand there all night waiting to get a refund. So talk about a waste of money and terrible customer service. If I could give them a negative review I would.

Called to place an order for delivery. The man on the phone was just rude. Multiple times. Rushed me off the phone and hung up. Didn’t even hear the price. The driver, was fantastic. She informed me the guy was in fact the GM. That is not the way to keep customers. The pizza and delivery were wonderful. The process to order it was not so much. He needs to go back through the basics and learn some manners. The 1 star reflects him as a “leader”
