Flawed notification system appears to send out “ready for pickup” message based on presumed ready time rather than an employee triggering it; mine still had a while to cook after it was flagged as being done. Also, a minor issue with order accuracy, but the staff was friendly and accommodating in resolving that. Excellent pizza, fair price

The delivery was quick for a Friday night and the driver was very polite, this the 3 stars. The pizza deserved one star, as it had very little sauce and a few ingredients tossed in the middle (this was a regular medium Works). Yes, we had eaten 2 pieces when this pic was taken, but you can see it’s not like a Works pizza should look. A lot of money for this pitiful thing. Papa Johns used to be our favorite, but we won’t be ordering it anymore!

The poor guy waiting next to me was there for 20 minutes and his pie was sitting on the shelf for half of it. My pie was picked up off the shelf after it was placed there but I also made a point of pointing that out. I was told 15 minutes wait but it ended up being 40. It was a Saturday night so I kind of expected a bit of a delay. The food was very tasty though and on par with the rest of the Papa John’s I have been so so I gave them a 3 star and not a 2 star.

Seems like they’ve really turned things around over here. I’ve ordered a few times in the past and it wasn’t the best, but after ordering today, my food was ready when I arrived (about 15 minutes after I ordered), the staff was super friendly, and I could tell they were working hard. Not to mention the pizza was delicious. Highly recommend!

I normally order pizza from Papa John’s online because it’s always been my go-to. However, when it was time for my order to arrive via DoorDash, it was never delivered to me. I was told that it was delivered via email but I never got a phone call from the DoorDash driver or Papa John’s themselves to make sure that my order was delivered to the correct address. I eventually called the store, told the sweet manager what was going on, and she immediately gave me a refund for the order. I think that Papa John’s should reconsider their options for delivery to make sure that everyone’s order is being delivered timely and correctly.

Save your money. This place is extremely skimpy with the toppings. My last pizza from them was Canadian bacon and double mushroom. The most generously loaded piece had six shreds of bacon and three mushrooms. Also, the drivers have NEVER followed delivery instructions (and the instruction was “Leave at the side door”, so not very complicated).
