I ordered a pizza online an hour ago(Pleasantburg Drive). I paid online with a credit card and did not leave a tip. I was going to tip in cash. The delivery guy came to my door with the pizza, a pen and my credit card receipt. I said ” I paid online, what is this for?”. He said “for you to leave a tip” The audacity! I am not OBLIGATED to tip anyone, and then to show up at my door with a pen is just rude!! I am in the food delivery business and drivers receive a set amount per delivery. I had to laugh as I signed the credit card slip. If they hadn’t been rude he would have received a larger tip in CASH!

The absolute worse place ever. First of all to place an order you have to go through a call center and speak with someone who could barely speak English. Then, we waited almost 3 hours for the pizza so of course it was cold. After calling multiple times someone finally answered and said please hold and never came back. The driver who was so very nice showed up and said he had been lost because they gave the wrong address! NEVER AGAIN!!

I would offer zero stars if I could. My friend ordered pizza today and when it was delivered, there was no second ranch (which was paid for) and they received a cheese pizza, that wasn’t even part of their order, that appears to be half eaten. I don’t know who the delivery driver was, but this definitely needs to be brought to the attention of management. We fully expect pizza chains to be busy today, but to deliver something half eaten definitely is unhygienic and disappointing.

This was absolutely the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 4 pizzas.The pizzas looked like they were made by a 5 year old! I couldn’t believe they would actually serve food like this to a customer. The pizzas were all out of shape. The pizza looked like it had undergone some major mutation. There were hardly any toppings on them. The slices were cut all kinds of ways. It was just a mess. We couldn’t even eat them. When we returned them to the store, they looked at the pizza and were puzzled why we didn’t want it! Are you kidding me? They did agree to refund me my money without a hassle.

Was not feeling like cooking dinner last night. My neighbor and I decided to order Parmesan Crusted Papadias. We ordered last month and really enjoyed it. She ordered the Philly Steak and I ordered the Meatball and Pepperoni. When I arrived my order was coming out of oven. We really enjoyed our dinner.

Since changing to DoorDash, delivery times are outrageous. Ordered pizza at 5:40, website said 30 mins…checked multiple times and delivery time had moved from 6:10 all the way to 6:40! Pizza finally arrived at 7:00 and it was cold…absolutely pathetic by Papa John’s and DoorDash.

Pizza was good, but service is BAD! Person who can’t speak English well answer the phone not from this location but somewhere at a call center and takes the order wrong. Employee at the drive through was nice though. I go to pick up the pizza and wait another 30 min for them to make it over the original 35 min. I will NOT buy from here again!
