Pizza was great! The only complaint is the drive thru. I waited over 10 min and had to call to get them to come to the window. The employee responded that’s it’s so loud in there they didn’t hear the bell. That is a problem that needs to be addressed.

She could not answer my questions, im not gonna say what they were thats irrelevant! she started getting irate yelling and told me she wasn’t gonna serve me. I placed an online order yesterday at 3pm to be delivered at 7:30pm. It was right on time, the driver was very nice and polite and my food was hot and delicious. I got a papadia, honey Chipotle wings, and brownies. Everything was just awesome! I always have good results at this Papa Johns location.

Placed an order online, it said that it was done so I went into the store. I told them my name and was informed that it would be about 8 more minutes. Then after standing there for almost 15 minutes, she tells me that they never even made the pizza. She offered me a dessert, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that I’ve done waited over an hour. I understand being understaffed but when half your staff is on their phone, running around, and not working.. it makes it hard to feel bad for them. Establishment is not ran well, the managers need to stop playing friend to the works, and run their business.That’s not even to mention the fact that I did not see one person with gloves on. The employees came out the bathroom, and came in from delivering & went straight to making food.
