#RUKiddingMe Ordered 2 large pizzas for pick up. That all worked fine. Got home and opened the boxes… 2 thumbs up for the pepperoni. The BBQ Chicken/Bacon is a not-so-funny joke. Where’s the chicken? Big fail for Papa Johns.

Ordered large 5 topping (hand tossed) pizza, for pick up. Got home, which is 6 miles away and I had a thick crust pizza. I do not like thick crust. It was not good.

I go to this Papa John’s restaurant a good bit. Their service is quite good for a take out place. As for the pizza, it’s well above average. I have noticed the amount of their toppings is a little less than I’m accustomed to, but I understand why, as well. I’m just amazed their prices have remained pretty reasonable… considering the state of our economy. I’ll continue going because I know what to expect – good food, good prices, good service. A few minor changes, and they’d be in 5 Star territory where I’m concerned. For those reading this review, give them a call. Your order will be ready for pick up quickly, and it will be fresh and hot. They also can deliver to you. Really. Give them a try.
