I have never done a review before because I’m a college student and I get what I get and don’t throw a fit. But I did this time. I ordered my food after 20 minutes drove to the location just to see that this was posted on the door. Now I wouldn’t have been upset if I hadn’t already ordered my food and I didn’t see it through the window with my name on the tag and already had it payed for. The lady on the phone that took my order was also the one that answered when I called them asking what was going on. She seemed confused and said that she would connect me to that location. But obviously they didn’t answer. I had to call the one on E. Main St. thankfully they gave it to me for free. Papa Johns this is very unprofessional of you. I would’ve at least preferred a call back or my money back.

I am a door dasher and I had to use the drive through instead of being able to come inside. Alex greeted me warmly and explained that he was the only person working at that time. Alex was very professional and made the orders promptly with a great attitude! I hope the owners of this Papa Johns sees this and lets Alex know what a great job he did! The last 2 times I ordered I was scammed by them! First time I ordered online. 2 hours go by and didn’t received my food. Me and kids waited and nothing was received. Tonight they took my money over the phone and did not received my food again. I was told that I would’ve been contacted within 48 hours and still haven’t been called for the first time I ordered. Me and my children will never support papa johns I’m highly disappointed.

I use this location over any others. Convenient location, very friendly and professional staff that is always working so hard, convenient drive up and drive thru options, as well as always serving up the best pizza and other menu items!!always new menu items to try! Food is cooked to perfection every time, as if it was their own. The general manager is also very very kind and professional! I had one small mistake, that could’ve easily happened when I was ordering on my end honestly. Brantlie, (the GM) went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of by personally reaching out to me. I will continue to use this Papa Johns a few times monthly! Love them! ❤️ Keep up the good work team!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered one pizza, a pizza bowl, and cheesesticks online at 11:15 am for a 6 pm pickup. I got a text at 5:59 that my order was ready. I arrived at 6:05. I sat in the drive thru line until 6:45 at which time I was told it would be another 20 minutes. So I pulled to the side. I waited 20 minutes and heard from no one. I got back in line. I waited until 7:50 and then finally went into the lobby. It’s currently 8:21 and I still don’t have my order. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have left. There are pizza orders stacked up everywhere and the staff keep remaking orders because pizzas are dying because the wait is so long. This is unacceptable. I hope I can go home sometime tonight.

Every single time I order from this location, something is wrong. The first time I ordered half Bacon Half pepperoni, they put it on the whole pizza. The second and third time they forgot my wings TWICE. And tonight they made a buffalo chicken papadia with EVERYTHING on it when I clearly chose “Make your own papadia” and ONLY put chicken, cheese, and buffalo sauce for my VERY picky son. Thanks again for dropping the ball again for the 4th time on this order.

Door dash orders never ready for pick up. Have to wait every time I arrive. Orders should be made and ready just like any other order that pops up. Their customers are also my customers, when I wait, they have to wait, and they shouldn’t have to wait to be last just because it’s door dash. Other Papa John’s locations ALWAYS have my orders ready when I arrive.

The worst restaurant! I placed an order to carry out but they closed the lobby and just have the drive through open. I had to wait in a drive through line without car. The line was long and it was freaking cold! They should have shared info that the lobby was closed!
