Papa John’s is usually my first choice when I want pizza. Online ordering is super easy and I love that they have drive-thru pickup. The service isn’t always the best, which is why I don’t go as often as I used to. However, during my last visit, the individual at the window was extremely nice and welcoming. I ordered a NY style pizza because I wanted the big foldable slices. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the cut. My pizza was cut in 9 slices of various sizes. I also ordered garden veggie papa bowl. It had more cheese than anything and very few veggies. It looked NOTHING like the veggie bowl on their website. Needless to say, I will not be ordering a papa bowl again. And it will be a long time before I return to Papa John’s.

The only reason we get food from this store is because my kid refuses to try anything else. The food is ALWAYS sub par, made with no care, wrong ingredients, no dipping sauce even though it’s supposed to come with the food, basically if theres a way to get it wrong they will get it wrong.

Have done multiple (very) large orders here and they’ve always been great. Got pizza for the family tonight, and I made a mistake when ordering on the app (forgot to select no cheese). When I went inside to get the right pizza, the manager wouldn’t let me pay for the new pizza even though it was my mistake. Very kind. They’re probably understaffed like everyone and very busy, but doing a great job.

I want to give 0 stars. Called to order on my way there and I was told the wrong price for the current special and was told the drive through window was closed and the person was very rude and rushed me off the phone. I decided to go in and order directly since I couldn’t charge my phone and place an online order. When I walked in the store there was 5 employees cutting up. They asked if I had ordered already and I said no. One young lady was prepared to take my order when another lady said that they were only taken online orders only. There was no sign on the door to say this and also the drive thru window was working. She basically wouldn’t take our order. I walked out and went to Harris Teeter when the same lady walks in from PaPa John’s and is making groceries. Now did she not want to take our order or did she have to leave to make groceries. Decided to go across town to the other PaPa John’s who took our order with no problems. What’s the difference??

Ordered delivery at 9:20 PM. Waiting on food till around 10:45 and was very confused since the papa tracker had not updated yet. Then, at 10:47 the tracker said “order cancelled by doordash” even though I never ordered through or interacted with doordash. I then called the store to check on the location of my food and if it was still coming. I was told my order was just picked up and on the way. My food did NOT arrive at my home until 11:25 PM. My food was ice cold, and was not even fulfilled correctly. I then called and waited… and waited… to speak with a manager. She finally answered, when I presented my problem she cut me off from speaking and was very rude. Very unprofessional and acting like it’s my fault. Horrible service, and absolutely horrible horrible manager working at this store. You’d do well to fire her and get someone more professional. 0/10 stars, won’t order from this place again.
