I’m vegan tried to Order the same Order I get from One of the best Papa John stores the One in North Augusta A simple no cheese pizza and veggies not from the table because they are usually cross contaminated because they don’t have utensils to keep the veggies and meats separated. oh yea and no butter extra sauce. Mind you again I request the same Order All the time in North Augusta and they Provide me with Excellent service!!! But this individual tonight at papa johns on university in Aiken had the nerve to tell me no he couldn’t and when I said North Augusta makes it no problem it’s A simple pizza he had the nerve to make the remark that North Augusta could be telling me lies when they make my pizza that they could still be using the cross-contaminated veggies. I have ordered from this location almost every week for over a year. Was told tonight that the delivery drivers are not allowed to come to hotel rooms anymore. So buyer beware you will have to meet them way out in parking lot. Next will be they can’t come to your house. If this is how they choose to do business I choose not to do business with them. Might as well be carry out only.

The pizza was immensely dry and my Buffalo wings had absolutely no sauce on them. When I called in to report my issues to the manager she was so rude and practically told me that I was lien and hung up in my face. The worst customer service ever!!!!!! Please stay away if your looking for good food with quality customer service

No words can describe how awesome these people are! As a dasher, they always have my orders ready and one young man even gave me a pizza bag and it was a great feeling as I didnt have to spend money to buy one on my own… I recently lost my job and use doordash as a way to have money to eat and to pay my bills and debt I recieved from my last job as I was a rural carrier for USPS. This gig is wayyyy easier and the amount I spend with door dash vs the post office is a huge difference! Plus I work at my own pace, have happy customers and I can serve my community with MY service and MY smile and not a fake smile or bad customer service… needless to say, great job guys and gals and stay awesome.

I order a large works. Suppose to be one the best pies they sale. Mine was a far cry from that. They way the toppings were placed was disgusting and very little of them. This one used to be a good store to get your fix, not anymore looks like. Look at your order before you leave the store. Now even if you place the order at the counter and pay right there, the first screen is asking for a tip. Clever way to get more money from you as you get less service and quality.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a pizza place. I placed an order july 15th for delivery. Received the wrong oder gave it back to the delivery diver which was third party driver from papa johns website I got a call saying I was gonna get a refund. I checked my account today no refund. Decided to give papa johns a call to see what solution can be done the manager I believe her name is Rhonda or Robin acting very hostile with me claiming I was lying that I needed to bring something from my bank to prove I placed an order I told her I had my order number. She continued to act very rude with me as I sat there calmly talking to her. I asked her I can get whatever I need from my bank to show her that I’m not lying and what is it called that I needed from my bank. When I asked her if she was having an okay day since she was being so nasty with me she started yelling in the back ground saying now she’s gonna start being hostile and continued yelling until a man named Adam got on the phone, which Adam was very professional great communication skills and sat there with me to get to a solution, unlike Rhonda who was very very unprofessional. Please give Adam top manager roll that guy deserves it!

I’m not use to them having nasty pizza and even returned the first one tonight. They are not friendly at this location. I guess I have been spoiled from the papa johns I order all the time outside of Clemson. Pizza Hut, Marcos and any other place makes better pizza and better customer service. I don’t complain. Unless order is terrible and they wanted during Covid give the pizza back. I sure did and they sure do not honor contactless delivery here. I will be contacting corporate since they are a sponsor for a few places. Don’t do it! It’s so bad!

This store use to have excellent pizza. Apparently, something has changed. the first time we got a less than great pizza we attributed it to a bad day so we tried again this week. I don’t know if the amount of sauce was reduced or changed but it definitely isn’t the great pizza we were getting.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The young girl they sent out got lost. When I was giving her directions over the phone she hung up on me. She was very rude when she dropped the pizza off. Then proceeded to spin out my driveway…not once but twice! I called the manager and he stated that maybe she was having a bad day. I will not order from there again!!! I wish corporate would respond to this. I responded to the comment by Papa John’s and the email correspondence was even worse!!!
