Do not order delivery from this store- they have repeatedly sent the wrong pizza- They use Door Dash- I was told I would have to pick up my remake- my son had to complain to DoorDash and Reorder the manager assured me she sent my Son a Free Pizza – according to him he had to repay! I don’t have time to argue over a Pizza so Kaylee You can keep Your “Free” Pizza – This location is awful! Sad to say but I wouldn’t do anything other than pickup if that! I worked Pizza for many years I don’t understand how a pizza gets put in the wrong box- the box has a label for a reason so literally I’m dumbfounded- Just flabbergasted and at this point I do Believe it’s done intentionally- sadly perhaps my son was served the wrong order due to my previous complaint- It’s a Huge No For me! Straight to the trash we don’t eat that! I say Shut em down already!

Our eta of a “40 min delivery” was an hour an a half (and counting..still waiting). I’m pretty sure they forgot our order. I called back to see what happened and they put me on hold for 5 minutes to reach “the front desk” and then the same man got back on the phone to say it’s in route and will be there in 15 mins (9 min drive away)…

Had my daughter’s birthday party yesterday at the community pool, and ordered 6 pizzas from papa John’s in Bluffton. As far as I’m concerned,the employees,and management were quick to have my order ready,on time,and hot. They made my daughter’s birthday party awesome. Ordered from here after Dominoes cancelled my order last minute with no reason given. Papa John’s was able to fulfill my order and get it delivered quickly! They saved my kid’s birthday party and they all agreed the pizza tasted better than Dominoes anyway. Will definitely be going here again. I appreciated the fast service and predictability! They were friendly on the phone too, which I always appreciate.

I ordered two different kinds and both came very dry and over cooked. I used to like Papa John’s years ago but the quality is now. The pizza didn’t even look like pizza. Frozen Kroger pizza looks and tastes much better. I will never order from Papa John’s again.
