Worst pizza ever!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Papa John’s has went way down hill. Ordered thin crust and that’s ok but we didn’t order thin toppings and teaspoon of sauce. No flavor what so ever. Barely anything on the pizza, if you can even call it a pizza, Taste terrible! We will NEVER order Papa John’s again!

I never have any problems ordering from Papa Johns. I used to get Dominos pizza all the time but after a bad experience I switched to Papa Johns. And I got to say they never disappoint! Always amazing! Never cold. The delivery people are super nice. They deserve a lot more than what people give them. delivery driver left my pizza on the pavement in front of my house, no door bell, no phone call, did not find out my pizza was outside until 15 minutes later after my food had been outside in 40 degree weather it was no longer eatable. I called the manager at the time to relay my experience and he apologized on behalf of the driver and handled the situation well and even offered a replacement pizza. fast forward a couple weeks later, I call again to order that replacement pizza regrettably too late but the manager who spoke with me said he saw it on file and to just call again during their delivery hours another day. today is that day and upon calling the store the manager who answered simply just said that its no longer on file and basically accused me of lying. saying i didnt even know the manager’s name, when he himself didnt even tell me his name. terrible service. go to a different papa johns.

I regularly order from this PJ location and haven’t experienced any issues whether it was a delivery or carry-out. But I placed a carry-out order over the phone around 6:50 PM on 1/8/2021 and given an estimate of 15-25 minute for readiness. Typical.

This location is about 50/50 on whether you will get an outstanding pizza or something that resembles pizza. Half the time the cheese and toppings barely cover what would be the equivalent of a small pizza when ordering a large. Sometimes pieces have toppings completely missing. So just know when you order that you are flipping a coin as to whether you will enjoy your meal.
