Placed a delivery order and pizza came uncut. Was told “I’m sure you could find a plastic knife to cut the pizza.” Wild? Just say sorry and fix it. Order carry out and check in store bc they clearly don’t check it before it goes out.

I order 2 pizzas at 9:48pm and received the pizzas at 10:44pm. Ready to eat, the pizzas are burnt. Call the store and talked to the manager John and he promise me that they will be bringing me the pizzas back and picking up the first two pizza. He started It will be 15 minutes for the replacement pizza. Waited and I notice a hour had went pass. Call the store back to speak to John and he stated his GM said I had to come pick up the pizza.Which that wasn’t communicated to me. I ask for a refund and he said I had to call back in the morning to talk to the GM. This is bad business, first you serve me poor quality food that you knew before it left the store, than you told me that you was sending a driver back out with the replacement pizza. So it’s 12am and my family is sitting here hungry. This is bad business. I will not be ordering from you all anymore. I will like my money refunded back to me.

On July 29 around 1:20 pm, I ordered cheese pizza and two Dorito pizza. Unfortunately, I order to the wrong store. After realising that I order to the wrong location, I called the store to cancel my order. I wasn’t sure on what the next steps are to cancel an order. When someone(very disrespectful later on) picked up, they told me to hold. Then I waited for 7 minutes. I was worried that they will start to cook the pizza and I would not get my refund back. Then I hanged up and called again, and the same person picked up. I immediately said to cancel my order, then the person said, hhhhhh, okay that’s great, and they hanged up on me. I really wasn’t sure what she meant or what she did. So I called the store again for the third time. She picked up again, and I asked about cancelling my order, and she said okay, then I heard a click (she hanged up for the third time without explaining anything to me). Then then I called again for the fifth time, and she picked up again. I asked her cordially about cancelling my orders. Then she said, that it was already voided, and she asked my why I have to call so many times. She was so disrespectful and rude, she hanged up on my multiple time and she has the audacity to asked why I called so many.

Picked up pizza, opened the boxes and noticed that my cheese was slid to one side, burnt, and the garlic sauce was busted open..looked as if it was dropped. The 2nd pizza was poorly made and and dry. The bread sticks were tasteless and dry. Cinnamon pull apart (first try) disgusting and dry. If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve taken it back. They don’t wear hair nets. I remember seeing hair in my pizza the last time, and didn’t remember until I saw this horrible mess they gave me. I threw it all in the garbage where it belonged. They’ll never see me again.

Despite the poor reviews, my experience was excellent. I had a medium pepperoni pizza and a customized papadia ordered for delivery. It was baked and delivered faster then the estimated time. I love the papa tracker online, you can actually see the vehicles movement on the map. I think the delivery man got a little lost in my apartment complex but I don’t blame him because apartments are way to confusing. The gentleman who delivered my food was very friendly, polite, upbeat and efficient. I wish I had gotten his name (tall skinny, glasses, dark short hair, drove a silver sedan). Most delivery drivers have such poor attitudes so it was nice that he had such a good attitude. My food was scorching hot, fresh ingredients (I had gotten tomatoes in my papadia), and the food was very presentable. I will definitely order from here again. I also ordered my food at 11:15pm and they close at 12:00 so I honestly didn’t expect the process to run smoothly or the food to taste as good as it did!
