We ordered 8 pizza’s for our team & we waited 2 hours with no pizza ,, we called all three locations in the area at that point …no employee helped us find the pizza… they charged us but no help to find it … extremely disappointing to be charged over $100 in pizza & when you call every single location in the area to be put in a circle of each location telling me to call another location … Disappointed. Never, ever again . Nope papa.

This location and the spring rd location is just terrible. Trash. I placed a order at 7pm for delivery. Was told that my order would be delivered within 30-40 minutes. I waited a little past a entire hour. No show. Called back to ask where my delivery was ??? Was told the delivery person was in route be there within 10 minutes. Waited a other extra 30 minutes no show. I finally called back again to only be told by manager. They didn’t complete my order & can’t find me in the system. Papa John’s customer service is trash & doesn’t have the amount of customers like they use to. I would have given 0 stars if I could but you have to place a star to leave a review. DONT ORDER FROM EITHER ONE OF THESE PAPA JOHNS.

Seems like they barely try here…cheese is always too light and sauce too heavy, dough thickness is uneven overcooked usually. Sometimes we accidentally order delivery from here through the app because it defaults to closest store…order from the one at 4811 Roswell Rd instead – trust me there is a huge upgrade in quality and taste.

A few years ago, I had walked in to order brownies from here and this Karen working there accused me of stealing what I had just paid for. I was already depressed, didn’t appreciate having another person add to it. I hope she was fired, no one should have to deal with that! Luckily the cashier that had taken my payment defended me and acknowledged that I paid, but I have avoided this location ever since because I have enough bad experiences as it is.

I’ve only had this Philly cheese steak sandwich from here this one time but will not be back. If you want this sandwich please order a straw as well because you will need it to drink your sandwich. HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered online at 10:22PM, estimated wait time was 14-25 minutes, got there at 10:45 and was told another 15 minutes. We parked the car waiting for the food and just watched as all four employees continued to just stand there as more and more cars kept pulling up for their food and just left the pizza sitting out on the counter (pictured).
