My pizza was delivered like it was tossed upside down and thrown. I called immediately and the rep who answered the phone did not apologize; just asked if I want to remake it or refund. I immediately gave him direct feedback and advised he was rude and customer service goes a long way. I did tell him I understand if he is busy however my interaction should not suffer. I did advise him he should have first apologized and not reacted like I did something wrong. I then asked could I get an email or text verifying the refund and he put me on hold to speak to his “manager.” When he came back on the line, he then said I would get an email. I attached pictures of the pizza and driver. Papa Johns you lost a customer! Stop using door dash, what happen to your in house drivers?!?! & retrain your people with simple common decency!!!! I know his mother taught him better! Update: never gave refund had to go up to store and speak to a manager to get a refund. Bad service & lied too! Corporate needs to visit this location asap.

This is more a recommendation since this is the first not-so-great experience I’ve had. If you order boneless Buffalo wings, I recommend ordering extra sauce. There was so little on my order it was essentially just chicken nuggets (you can pay considerably less for that and the same qty at McDonald’s).

Its been an hour and i haven’t gotten my pizza. I called the store and all i get is an automated message saying they’re closed. It’s 6:30 on a Sunday, and google says they’re open. They didn’t hesitate take my $50 though.

Terrible service at least 8 people behind the counter. Very simple order place online for pick up. Arrived after app told me everything was ready. Was told about 4 more minutes after paying. Multiple orders leaving out for delivery and carry out. Asked about order again and told a few more minutes. Waited a little longer as I’m about to request a refund. I was told to wait 8 more minutes. No thanks. Fastest thing was the refund process.

My friend and I were able to order and get freshly made pizzas from the only person working in this location with no problem. Despite running this location by herself, she was super helpful, very friendly, and very fast with the service. The pizzas she made were accurately done and delicious.

When I walked in to pick up my order tonight, there were 4 employees in the building. Nobody asked what I was there for or even said they’d be with me momentarily. One woman was actually just leaned up on her cell phone. Eventually a woman made her way to the counter and got my pizzas. Which were disappointing. The garlic knots tasted like raw dough. Neither of my pizzas was cut through. The cheese was cut but not the crust? One of my pizzas was a crispy Parmesan which is hilarious because somehow they managed to make it not crispy? Poor service, poor quality. I do not recommend this location.
