This Papa John’s has gone downhill so much! They have owed me $44.00 for over a year now for a bad order! Stopped going until tonight. My son wanted Papa John’s. First of all I am 70 years old and not in good health! I was getting out of my car when the manager/delivery driver blew his horn to tell me to shut my door so he could park! One day he will be my age but I certainly pray his health will not be as bad as mine is! That way he can ALWAYS BE FAST! Then I ordered the cheese and jalapeno bits. The peppers were so hot (cheap) I now have blisters in my mouth! Quality and service has gone down bad at the store they should just close it up

This location is awful in our experience. We have two babies , and two dogs so we always ask that the drivers don’t knock (we pay with card and pretip so there is no reason especially when we select contactless.) they knock every single time , multiple times.

These people are some of the friendliest, funnest, efficient, and kind people I have come in contact with, in a professional establishment since I moved to Georgia over 10 years ago!!! This world is crazy and I don’t think the idea of customer service, courtesy, or respect even exists anymore, or at least not around the northern suburbs of Atlanta. However, these people are AWESOME! If I needed a job, I would want to work there! The atmosphere is cool, fun, and chummy without sacrificing all the necessary aspects you need in a professional food establishment. Thank you Papa John’s Acworth workers! You rock!

So I payed $26 for a pizza and some poppers. I asked for extra condiments. The lady said sure we will put it in the box. I told her last time I asked you guys forgot so make sure you put it in this time. She said she wouldn’t forget. I didn’t get the Papa John’s sauce! I don’t know who was working but they did a horrible job. The pizza came on time but the one Papa John’s sauce was exploded all over the box and I don’t understand how you guys think that it is acceptable to serve your customers a drenched box. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the delivery. The only reason I’m giving two stars and not one is because the food was still pretty good after all that. But I feel like something needs to be done about this situation so it doesn’t happen again. I feel like I should get a reimbursement or a coupon or something. I still left a tip because I’m a good person and do my part. I feel like y’all should do the same!

Pizza was burnt, ordered Extra cheese on two pizza and did not get that or even hardly any cheese. The pizza also looked as if it was dropped or something by the look of the topping. It arrived in this condition as in the pics.

I ordered a shaqeroni pizza and a Dr. Pepper today. The pizza was cold and barely any ingredients on top, mostly just pizza dough. Also the delivery person forgot to bring my drink. I called the manager named Heather and she said there was no way the pizza was cold because she just made it and put the ingredients on it and I was lying. I said that I was telling the truth and I also need my drink because I paid for it. She raised her voice and said no one is bringing your drink. I said you can’t just take our money and not bring what I ordered, I have nothing to drink with my meal. She said she would refund my card the money for the drink I didn’t get. I asked to speak with her manager, she refused and told me to go away and don’t call her store back. I told her she could come get this pizza and she needed to refund my whole meal, or lack thereof. She said no and once more just go away. Wow-I have never been treated so badly and I will NEVER order from this store again. Terrible that people think they can treat others this way.
