Don’t waste your time and money go to this place, I placed an order it said ready by 8:08pm to 8:18pm. Show up the cashier said not ready wait about 10 mins. I waited another 20 mins and papa track said my order was ready. Come in and the guy said your order wasn’t ready. I showed him my papa track also what he told me . He said I have to wait extra 15-20 mins or cancel. So horrible experience.

Flip a coin. Those are yoir chamces of getting your food without it being a giant pain. The fact calling their store sends you to a call center instead of the store doesnt help. Would also suggest shutting the bad rap music off.

The delivery time wasn’t even that late as well the delivery person was so nice and even apologies for being a couple minutes late it was fine I was not trippin I ordered some pizza with 6 peppercinnis, to my surprise when I open the pizza box it’s nice and hot and I had like 25 peppercinnis today I was blessed thank you guys for always having fresh hot food and having awesome customer service and people just this store not company wise just these guys

This location is awful. I’m not sure if they have new management or owners but they couldn’t even make cheese sticks properly. The workers clothes were dirty, no one had on gloves, the store looked dirty… I Do not recommend this location.

There is a definite decline and failure to rectify the issues at this location. Tonite the pizza was not warm but rather hard and the slices were pulled apart, every last one. Very dissatisfied with this delivery!!

The staff are very skilled. Ate there twice and ordered three times. Everytime was great tasting food. Only complaint – No prices on any menus. Had to ask how much things cost. Otherwise the food and service was excellent. The store itself was clean as well. I work in dirty stores where the owners care less about presentation. This store was spotless and up to date on equipment. 5 stars for presentation. Won’t hesitate to spend my money here again. And will definitely recommend this business to anybody eating out. Good job papa John’s on Austell rd.
