Would not order from this location again. Delivery came an hour and a half after the delivery time it gave so waited a total of 2 and half hours. The pizza was cold and hard, the wings were cold, gooey and soggy (I ordered them well done) , ordered (paid) for extra sauce which they left out. Also management at this location is rude! They act like its a problem when you have a problem with something that you paid for (which wasn’t cheap). I love Papa Johns but will never order from this location again. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog… if I had one.

food for the most part.. always wonderful. my go to spot for pizza since i got my first car. always thought it’d be amazing to work for one of my many few favorite companies but given the chance,,, i would take it all back. worked at this location, w rome hwy, and subscribed not only to face newly grad employees being met with the most inappropriate conversations of the adults being reminded how small the teenage employees are compared to their wives at home; but to literally almost being assaulted after being fired and allegedly calling one of the white boys a crackhead. people with substance abuse disorder should never be treated differently and i’ve always stood on that. when confronted by a customer overhearing the threats towards me, management had both of us criminally trespassed. would not recommend this store as a job for anyone under the age of 21 with the behavior shown by its associates. terrible terrible terrible environment.

Ordered a pizza 2+ hours before delivery. The manager was exceedingly rude and hung up when I asked it it had been dispatched yet (it had not). There us no reason, given 2+ hours notice a pizza can not be delivered even in a 15-minute window and there is no reason a manager should hang up on a customer.

I ordered dinner for my family and it gave me a estimated time of 30-45 mins to be delivered. Once it even started on route to be delivered it took a good 20 minutes, I live approximately 10 minutes from the restaurant. Once my food arrived it was cold.

The store has bugs, dead ones (see pics), in all corners, which means they must not sweep very often, or the problem is bad. Service is slow, also out 4 pizzas ordered 2 were wrong. Pay attention. And sweep the floor.

Got our order wrong, which was placed online. The order number that printed on ticket wasn’t valid so I couldn’t even contact customer service as they need the ticket number to do anything. Pizza boxes were just shoved at us, and not opened. We had to ask about our dipping sauces and 2 liter which apparently were a problem. Cashier was filthy and pizza crust was soggy. Will not be back. We ordered a sausage cheese pizza and the meats pizza. We got sausage cheese and sausage onion.

Will not be using this store anymore. Used to be very reliable but now it isn’t. Ordered my pizzas TWO HOURS before they finally showed up. And in the meantime when I call to find out where the pizzas are, a smart alleck employee gets on the phone. The tracker showed the pizzas TWO minute from my house at one point and then they turned around heading the opposite way. Absolutely disappointed in this store and will make sure to pass my experience on to others.
