I’m specifically writing this review not about the establishment itself but about the new manager/general manager (I don’t know which one he is) Taylor I came in an hour before they closed, and I was having trouble with my card so after I finally ordered the pizza, I went to a different location for a few minutes before my piece was ready. As soon as I came back, he handed it to me with a smile, he was so kind and had such a great or about him. I couldn’t help but write a review about him and even when I ordered a small pizza he gave me a large just because I was so patient and kind to him. He’s amazing If you don’t go here for the pizza. alone, please go there to see him. He’s such a sweet guy. (Obviously the pizza here is good.)

This is terrible! I’ve tried ordering here again just because I thought they would get better. A 5 topping pizza only has about 2-3 toppings, no pizza sauce, thick crust and a dry pizza. My grandbaby took what lil toppings he had on his just to eat the pizza but as you can see there is really no sauce at all. A almost $40 order with no real toppings is just terrible! I will continue making our pizzas at home if I am going to waste money for trash pizza. My grandbaby wanted pizza so I ordered from here and as you can see a 5 topping pizza is lacking 5 different toppings and sauce. Where is the toppings, sauce and cheese? This is not a meat lovers. This is dough with a few toppings. Just terrible! We ordered a 5 topping pizza and got this. Don’t waste your time or money, cook at home.

Papa John’s is one of the best large chain pizza places. I love the buffalo wings & epic cheese stuffed pizza. The icing on the cake is the Greek pepper that comes in every pizza box. It is delicious.

Worst experience ever! The order that showed up at my house was not mine. When I called to let them know it took 25 minutes to get through to the store. The manager on duty told me to bring the wrong order that was delivered to my house and pick up my food that has been sitting at the store for an hour. I said that’s not going to work please cancel the order. This place is a joke save your time and go somewhere else. How hard can it be to make a pizza and answer the dang phone? Three hours later they call and say my food was still sitting there waiting for me to pick it up. This was truly the worst experience I have ever had with anyone’s customer service. Really looked forward to my pizza tonight. Ordered online at 4:30 to be delivered at 7:30. It arrived by 7:45, and a child, literally a 12 year old, hopped out of a car and left it at my door. I checked my receipt and noticed door dash was delivering for them, and it was cold, lukewarm at best. They also must have driven on two wheels the 4 miles they traveled as grease was all over the boxes. Probably won’t order from any papa John’s in the future if they aren’t going to deliver it to me. I know the workforce is hurting, but I’d rather wait longer for the pizza store to deliver it themselves.

Delivery driver took a shortcut through my backyard today. I have children and animals. Called mgr and he completely denied that they even deliver in my area. They definitely deliver in my area at Villa Rica Road and Irwin road. He said it couldn’t be them because all 3 of his delivery drivers were in the store. This happened at approximately 5pm 12/2/22. Whoever this manager is was completely lying and unapologetic. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered 3 pizzas for my employees, the order was delivered to the wrong business. When we called the store they said they would deliver it again. It took 2 1/2 hours to get our order. Not acceptable.

This Papa John’s has repeatedly let me down. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon. The email confirmation came at 4:46 pm. In it, it states it should take 23-33 minutes. The pizza was delivered at 5:58 pm. Not only was it over an hour, but this is the second time they have left off ingredients! The manager reached out the last time I posted a bad review but never followed up. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this shop anymore. I would recommend you either pick up your order or use someone else.
