Ordered tonight for delivery from Holly Springs Pkwy. Took 3 attempts to finally get my pizza delivered to the right address. Pizza was very good, service stunk and it took 2 hours for delivery. If it weren’t for the owner working with me to make it right, I wouldn’t order from Papa Johns again!

2 Pizzas and wings order at approx 6:15 after 2 phone calls and two delivery attempts and it’s now 8:05 and the 3rd delivery just arrived we finally have our entire order. Pathetic that it takes 3 deliveries and an hour and 20 minutes. Manager could care less! Kids were starving and of course it was their pizza and wings not delivered each time. Will NEVER order from here again. They need a manger with some cuss service skills and cares when customers are not satisfied because of their mistakes.

I called the store to ask a question before we placed an online order. Spoke to an older man who was very rude when we inquired where this location was located. The man provided false information by suggesting this store was on Sixes Road, when in fact it was on Hwy 5, which is 2 miles from Sixes Rd. He became argumentative and scolded me followed by disconnecting my call. We will no longer order and will stick to Dominos pizza on Holly Springs Pkwy.

Mind you – I didn’t get to pick the location of where the pizza I ordered online was coming from. Unfortunately, it was coming from this papa John’s. I called after 35 minutes of the tracking showing it hadn’t even been baked. Manager said they got 60 pizzas but would be working on mine soon. Called back 25 minutes after because- big shock – still 0 movement. Made them cancel my order. Won’t order again.
