Horrible experience every time. Slow delivery, sloppy food presentation, unprofessional. Went in a few days ago to return a delivery order for a refund because the order was completely messed up and there was a guy(employee) sitting on the counter vaping, another employee walked in along with another female (neither in uniform of any sort) with blunt wraps hanging out of his pocket and went straight to the back. They seemed like pleasant people(they weren’t rude or anything), but very unsanitary, unprofessional environment. I will not be ordering from here again.

Whoever the manager is currently , Amber I think that’s her name has a horrible attitude, this is my 3rd time at the establishment where my order was wrong and instead of just handling it kindly she had so many smart remarks EVERYTIME. Not to mention this specific time when I came for my pizza to be remade, they remade it wrong. Williajah was very slow and poorly trained as well. Asked for no meat at all because im vegan, and may possibly be sick after i took a bite and noticed it was chicken on it.

This is the worst Papa Johns! Save your time, money, and peace of mind do NOT place an order here. Received the wrong order and was offered a free pizza. Never got a chance to claim it as the store could not be reached. One time finally got the manager to answer explain after being hold over 30 minutes. Did not get a chance to explain the situation as she hung up on me when I respectfully said I do not want to be on hold any more. Then proceed to hang up the phone every time I called. I did not treat her with disrepect I do not appreciate being treated with disrepect. The GM refused to process the refund on an order from last month. Currently on my third attempt with corporate to sort it out and still no word from the store to me or corporate. Y’all should just close since clearly no one works here.

Just ordered something from this Papa Johns, and had to get into a dispute with the manager/owner because they did not give any sauce. Her justification to me is I should’ve asked as opposed to her training her associates to ask if we need anything else will not be ordered from this Papa Johns again the owner definitely had a chip on her shoulder and did not take any accountability for something so simple. I’d go up the street to another Papa Johns. It is worth the drive her know her Have any accountability for their actions and it really is sad and a shame if I could give her zero, I would’ve

PLEASE DO NOT PATRON THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! If I could give a negative number, I would. I just had the worst experience with Papa John’s (Lynnmark Way). I ordered for delivery and when the driver came, she left my order on the ground in rainwater, rang my doorbell and jumped back in her car before I could get to the door. I called and was offered another order, but after I got off the phone, decided I didn’t want it. I called several times to cancel the order, but no one answered the phone. So…. We decided to take the rainwater pizza back to the store and get a refund in person. While on the way to the store, another delivery driver came. I spoke to her through my doorbell camera (I wasn’t home) and told her we didn’t want the pizza and we made several attempts to cancel the order altogether before she came to the house. She put the pizza back in her bag and left. We got our refund and thought all was well. Tell me why the delivery driver doubled back and left the pizza on the wet doorstep anyway. If my neighbor hadn’t have been jogging by and called me I never would have known that it was sitting out there. I called back and was met with much attitude. They claim they gave me a free pizza. Now, if I brought you back the pizza the first time, why would you put the pizza in the exact same spot that we initially complained about?! I’m livid!

Ok so ordered 2 pizzas on the second. One of the was the wrong cut and looked worse than a frozen pizza. The cheap ones.. I of course complained didn’t want to wait. They added me to that list to get one later. Today I call for my replacement get there and they inform me that it wasn’t in the system. Thats not my problem! The cashier however, was there that knows of my issue. This manager tells me she can’t replace it off of my word or the cashier. If she took everyone’s word the would lose 300 dollars a week. Again not my problem. If it would have been done right the first time we would have never had a problem. I never eat there and never will again. She must think all customers are liars. Let me make it clear they are not and frankly my backpack cost more than your rent. You totally insulted me with that nonsense. The only reason I stayed and made you replace it was on principle. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE! BLACKS NOT RESPECTED!

I don’t post reviews often, but when I do it’s rooted in fairness. I have been living in this area for 2 years and have ordered from here multiple times. I’m aware that different people may work here and with that I’ve granted much patience towards the amount of inaccurate orders received. The manager attempts to fix this every time by providing a redo or refund. But now, I’m simply tired of it. I’m so saddened that this is our only option for pizza delivery. I’ve vowed to myself and my family to venture neighboring pizza establishments when in need and never order from here again. Even if that means skipping the “convenience” of delivery, which to be honest is poor. One example, which is recent is when I ordered a large half and half pizza at 9:00pm, it was marked as done soon after but was delivered an hour after it was marked as made. The pizza arrived at 10:45pm. In addition, as a non meat eater, there was meat throughout the entire pizza. Had it been delivered promptly, this could have been rectified prior to closing. To add to the poor delivery the quality of the pizzas have been inadequate and inaccurate the last 3 times I’ve ordered. I have receipts from the refunds to prove it.
