Horrible experience!! We ordered online for carryout. When we got there to pick it up, they said our order was canceled and did not know why. We asked them to make the order again. They said they would, but when we returned they said it was canceled again. This time they said they couldn’t make our pizza because their internet was down. At any time they could have text us letting us know before we got to the store. Or the manager could have offered to make it right due to our inconvenience. Their customer service is bad! Totally unprofessional!

The food of this place is great and the employees are friendly, the one MAJOR downfall of this location is a manger named David. I was inside one night for a pick up order (he forgot to start until I arrived) and noticed he had vulgar music playing behind the counter at a high volume that children and parents could hear. On top of that unprofessionalism he was being very aggressive in his commands to other employees. VERY sad show of leadership 🙁

I gave them 4 stars because Papa Johns in Fayetteville usually is on point with their pizzas BUT TODAY, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I order two stuffed crust pizzas for children for their lunch time @11 the pizza came an hour later COLD AND DOUGHY WHERE THE CRUST MEATS THE PIE. I called to issue my complaint and the general manager TIFFANY tells me another 1.5hrs because i have to wait because they have other orders AND THE PIZZA LOOKED COOKED WHEN IT LEFT THE STORE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I’M STILL WAITING FOR MY PIZZA’S.

The pizzas here are not that good they have NO flavor VERY bland the only thing I like is the buffalo chicken papadia WHEN IT’S MADE RIGHT sometimes the papadia’s are dry inside NOT ENOUGH SAUCE OR CHICKEN…..do better papa John’s ur prices are too expensive for lousy under seasoned food .

Delivery time was short but how do you deliver an old dry burnt pizza. I live in Marietta and I will stick to the ones in my area cause this Papa John’s was the worst. Make sure you check your pizza before the driver leaves.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. It was raining outside for most of the day. The driver rang my doorbell and then put the pizza on the wet porch and left. They left within a few seconds of ringing the doorbell. I called the manager of the store and he didn’t seem to think there was anything wrong with leaving a pizza box on a wet porch and not waiting for a customer to come to the door to pick up their pizza. Bad customer service by the driver and the manager. Get your pizza somewhere else, who knows what they do to the pizza itself if they don’t care about how it’s delivered.

wanted to have some pizza on a friday night and this location f* up my order. they did not cut the pizza and someone from my house had to cut it. I ordered garlic sauce that was supposed to come with the pizza and they did not put it in the pizza box. They over did my pizza with onions and less sausage. with is wrong with papa johns. the last time i ordered pasta it was dry as well. y’all are starting to lose customers.
