I haven’t order PaPa Johns in YEARS. I decided to order a pepperoni pizza with a 10 piece boneless wings. The food was TRASH, HORRIBLE, and POOR QUALITY. My pizza was hard and the crust was thin. My boneless wings or should I say chicken nuggets, had barely any sauce. The whole experience was just TRASH! Not sure if it’s just this specific location, but if this is happening at every franchise baby JOHN just need to go ahead and SHUT DOWN!! At this point order at your own risk. For anyone saying otherwise I just know your taste buds are trash too, but I will just take my coins to Dominos.

Hadn’t had papa johns in a few months and decided to order pizza. They had 25% off special so I ordered a simple sausage and pepperoni pizza. It doesn’t taste the same as I remember. I wonder if the recipe changed? The crust is so thin and it’s almost like a slice of pizza from like a Sam’s club concession. Lacking cheese and probably not using the best ingredients any more.

My family and I ordered the “Papa Pairings Special” with two medium sized pizzas (one cheese, one pepperoni) with cheese sticks, and received a half pineapple/half pineapple and pepperoni. When I called about the mistake, I was told that the person who was giving out the pizza was constantly messing up the orders. The employee on the phone was RUDE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Every time I go to this location, it’s hit or miss. One visit can be perfect and then the next they completely mess it up. After a recent delivery order, I’m completely done with them though. No more chances. I made a dinner order for a couple of pizzas and some Buffalo chicken poppers. I got no chicken poppers but was obviously still charged for them. I’ve made so many calls, contacted customer support…just all that for some kind of damn remedy. I’m exhausted. These businesses in the Hampton-lovejoy area you’ve got to me careful with. Some are great and some are trash. This is a trash one. Don’t waste the effort or money
