I want to give 5 stars to Michelle and her driver on tonight. It’s just them two working the store. The driver went on a delivery and Michelle is making pizzas, answering the phone, taking orders, catching pizza. Throughout the angry customers on the phone and coming in the store.Michelle has kept a very positive attitude and a smile on her face. Where are the mangers, you at home while your store and team is working hard to keep it going! Michelle you are AWESOME! Sorry I don’t know the driver name but you ROCK as well!! Keep up the GREAT work!!

The first three times since they opened, was a hot mess. The last 3 months they have really improved and come a long way. Food is delivered quickly and correctly now where before we had to always go back for something or just go pick it up ourselves because it was over an hour later. Not anymore, have made big improvements and the delivery driver is great. He always has the right order. The discount code emails are really helpful.

Every time I order it’s something order this pizza tonight on the phone went to pick it up and they brought the wrong pizza to the car my daughter took the pizza back in and the lady said it belong to another vehicle. We get home and open the box and this is what was in it!!! A large box of slop!! I called the manager said her employees had a long day and attitudes…and she noticed it didn’t look appetizing when she seen it but still let it go out the door? This is so unprofessional!

Like everywhere else at this time they need more help and communication!! It was ok but we all got a laugh one of our pizzas was cut like it was running from whoever was cutting it. The Shaqaroni (not sure that’s how they spell it) was descent!

Our SIL ordered pizza while they were moving. I went to pick it up and the store was very short handed and very busy. Customers were calling in and being super rude to the staff. Keke, Jennifer and Shane were very professional and hard working they did great. The pizza was hot and delicious. I will drive out of my way to use this location again.

Don’t know what happened at this location. Used to be decent. The lady delivering wouldn’t even speak. We requested no contact & when I open the door she was standing right in front of my door, so I said hi. Couldn’t even be bothered with one word. Just handed me the pizza & walked off. Told her to have a nice day & she ignored me. Screw that, we’ll go to Pizza Hut from now on. Not only are their delivery drivers nice, but they deliver hot pizza….

Staff definitely needs additional training. Diane especially since she is supposed to be the manager but I have a feeling that was a lie. Ordered NY style pizzas that were supposed to be $13. We got 4 burnt cheese pizzas that we paid over $15 each for. We were told they upcharged because they 16” despite the fact that is the only size they come. I called to complain they didn’t have 1 topping and was told they will charge me for the topping, again despite the fact they were supposed to come with one topping. They were going to replace three of the four but I would have to wait until after 3 pm when their driver comes in and place a new order. Fat chance I’ll be back even with free pizzas.
