We ordered a pizza to our hotel about 30mins before closing. The order details included our hotel name, room number, and a request to call us so we can meet the delivery person in the lobby. After the delivery tracking app showed the correct address but had the marker in the wrong spot, we tried calling to correct their delivery location. After numerous calls, we still couldn’t get anyone to answer. Then they closed. We also kept calling the delivery person’s number with no answer and a message saying their voicemail was full. We figured they would notice the pizza was at the wrong location when they saw that they were not at a hotel. We also thought they would call since that was the direction given. Wrong. We got a message saying the pizza was delivered and it hadn’t been. About ten minutes later we got a call from a resident who had our pizza. We drove 16 minutes to get our pizza from this random residence. We had no dipping sauces despite ordering two. The garlic knots were burnt. The half veggie pizza had meat from the meat half on all of the slices. And of course, it was all cold. We had ordered at 9:30 and finally had our pizza in our room at 11pm. We had been driving all day and had a hungry kid in the hotel room. I was extremely disappointed by the poor service provided and the quality of the food.

Worst service ever!! If I could give this location a negative -100 then that’s what they deserve. They brought me a burnt pizza and I called to complain about it and they never offered to make me another one!! I asked for it to be refunded and the manager/Katelynd said that it would be refunded, 4 days later still no refund. I spoke with the General Manager who did not even listen to my concern. If Shaq owns this location then I hope he fires the staff and start over because they are not providing any customer service at all. This location should be closed!!! Go and read all of the negative reviews!!!

Customer service is MAJORLY LACKING. Do not order online like I did if you have a sick child and plan for curbside pickup where you pull up and they bring it out to you. I have never had an issue with pulling up to the curb sign and calling to give my name for pickup until tonight OF ALL NIGHTS that I’m in my husbands old ’97 truck that only locks on one side with a sick toddler buckled in the back. I called and gave them my name. They said thanks and hung up. Seeing that no one was moving from behind the counter to bring out my order, I called back to see if they could put some extra peppers in the box, but before I could even say anything, the lady answered the phone with “Yeah, you’ll have to come in and get your order. It isn’t listed as a carryout.” I said…. “It is not listed as delivery which was the only other option. I ordered on the website. All I have ever done was call when I arrive and wait for the pizza to be brought to me.” She responds with, “It is not our fault you did not press the right button.” I asked, “What button needed to be pressed? There was Carryout or Delivery. I have a sick child in the back. You really want me to bring him in all snotty and hacking?” She said, “Yeah. I mean that would be just like a regular transaction.” So, I unbuckle us both walk the 5 feet to their door to grab the pizza from them. There were at least 8 people in there! I ask the male employee that handed me the box what specific option or button I should have pushed for the curbside pickup, and he didn’t know either. Also… if your kids are not around CUSS words, don’t take them inside! Just a little respect and courtesy goes a long way; tonight… they didn’t have it. *Next time I will tip in person vs on my card at the time the order is placed!* (The pizza was cold by the way and I only live 5 minutes from this McDonough location.)

The store manager is incompetent. We wanted to order 10 basic pizza 3 cheese and 7 pepperoni. He refused to allow us to order. He stated we can order 5. Then stated we couldn’t order 5. When my husband tried to explain to him what we wanted. He kept over talking him and would not allow my husband to finish his sentence. Then retracted and said we could order 5 pizzas. Now one person ordered 5 and then another person ordered 5… we are in the same boat of making 10 pizzas…. Stupid!!!!

I placed a big order for my family and spent a good amount of money for the order. The order took well over an hour to receive (I understand their are staffing issues) the pizza crust was burned on all pizzas, we all have the flu so it’s not safe or convenient to go to location for correction, my husband is also a disabled veteran. I received an email to receive 50% off my next order but no one wants to honor it. I shouldn’t have to beg anyone to take my money and I won’t. Please think twice before using this location!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Latest review was 1 year ago and the pizza was burnt —today on 1/12/23 and guess what … pizza still being sold burnt Unacceptable. I will give them one star because they remade my pizza properly but it should’ve been done right from the jump. It’s a recession and if folks are spending money on food they expect it to be of great quality ! Full stop. Gas ain’t cheap. Food ain’t cheap either.

Customer service was TERRIBLE!!! Made an online order and signed up for text message notifications to let me know when it would be ready. When I got inside, my order was not ready and 3 different people asked me my order number and name. There were at least 15 staff on shift and nobody seemed to have a since of urgency when it came to finding out what happened to my order. I had to remind the staff I had been waiting 30 mins and I seem to be looked over. I finally received my order 40 minutes later after being skipped numerous times. Definitely won’t ever return to this location.

Bailey and and guy that I spoke to that is supposed to be a manager there were completely rude and not friendly at all. I placed an order online/paid online and online said that the store was closed when it really wasn’t and that my order would be ready the next day and i could pick up then. I called the store to notify them of this and to inquire about receiving a refund or getting my pizza made right then. A young lady put me on hold to ask for help with the situation, and never came back for me. I hung up and called back and the young lady that was initially helping me answered and said she couldn’t see the order. So once I asked for a refund, she said no worries & they would make it for me and I was all set. Long story short, we double paid and they were rude about refunding us. The manager the next day was even worse and acted as if i was bothering him. We will NEVER go to this location again. They need ALL new staff, because they are unprofessional and horribly rude.
