I ordered a pizza and they couldn’t tell me where it was as it was running late. I then drove to go pick it up and while I was there at the store it was being delivered. It was Ice Cold. Nothing was offered for my issues. Pizza hut for now on. Good thing I have a microwave.

I had an interview for Monday June 24 at 2:30pm and I had went in ten minutes before as I was raised to be early to interviews. I then waited until 2:41pm for one of the managers to come over to me just to get my information to pass along to the GM. No actual interview or even a handshake, they can’t say they were busy as only one order came in at that time. Then I learned that they are only paying eight an hour for crew members. No wonder they aren’t actual doing interviews, they just need bodies. It was extremely rude of them to not even try and interview me!

The customer service at the store is the WORST. If I could give negative stars I would! The first pic is the pizza delivery with the seal broken. I called the restaurant and told them the seal was broken and requested another pizza. They preceded to send another pizza pictured in the second pic. 22 seals in total on the box. And they really think I’m going to eat the pizza. I went to the store the next day to return the pizzas and the person at the register tried not to laugh when I explained what happened. Disgusting service! Will never order from them again. Their corporate office was supposed to contact me and they never did. Terrible customer service.

This is supposed to have extra cheese and hamburger. Hardly any hamburger, what is there was dropped in one spot, definitely not extra cheese and it’s cold. Also, ordered and paid for extra sauces and received none.

A teenager had me kicked out of the store because he gave my doordash order to another driver the customer never received their order so when I tried to complete my job to get paid he had me removed by the police and told I could not come back. It’s a shame that you’re trying to make a livelihood and some pump kid with an attitude can cause problems. If you’re smart you would not order from this store

Just got our pizza order delivered about an hour+ ago, and from a “pizza-technical-point-of-view”, our pizzas were okay. They charge a $4.50 delivery fee, but at the same time they claim everywhere – including on their pizza boxes – that the $4.50 are not going to the delivery driver who the customer therefore is being asked to tip additionally. Then I’m just asking myself, what are the $4.50 covering? I assume take-outers are not being charged $4.50, so why when delivered to a trunk of a delivery driver’s car who is being expected to be paid by the customer anyways? Just a rip-off from Papa John’s side! Of course, I always tip delivery drivers generously regardless of the impossible policies their employers may have.

This store is horrible. They are CONSTANTLY getting my food wrong. (Don’t order half and half, they’ll just decide to put all toppings on the entire pizza). I used to order lunch 3 times a week from the amazing tyrone store, just moved into the area. This one is absolute garbage. When I attempt to call to talk to a manager, I get put on hold and never get a response.
