Had to grab a few pizzas unexpectedly and placed an order on the app in a rush got 2 carryout specials 15 mins later my order was waiting hot and ready when I came inside. Very friendly only 2 associates in the store both making pizzas and was still helpful and friendly!

told me it was going to be delivered in 20 minutes. an hour later, i call , no answer. then i check my bank account to see a reversal payment. at least give the customer a call to let them know their order is cancelled. if i could give them a 0 star I would. totally unprofessional.

ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!! I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes trying to cancel my order. It has said my pizza is 68 minutes to make. It should never take that long! Of course it doesn’t tell me how long it will take to make until I place the order. This place is shady and will not answer their phones. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I am on my way in person to cancel this order, this place is insane.

I will NEVER order a pizza from Papa Johns again. I could make my own and deliver it out of the county in less time than it takes this store to deliver a pizza down the street. It’s the second time (benefit of the doubt) I’ve dealt with ordering what turned out to be a phantom pizza. Ridiculous! Don’t bother ordering a pizza from this Popa Johns. Less than one star!

I placed an online order for 15 pizzas on a Monday morning to be delivered that day for lunch at a meeting I put on. All 15 pizzas were made to order, delivered on time and the driver even let me hang on to the bags to keep the pizzas hot volunteering to come back and get them later. All in all I was very pleased with the experience and the pizzas!

The past two times we ordered delivery, our food was here much sooner than the app estimated! That’s surprising for a pizza place. The food arrives hot and is amazingly delicious! We ordered wings for the first time and they were SO good! We didn’t even need to use the dressing that came with them and that’s NEVER the case with me. We use no-contact delivery, but they are still very courteous and wait until we open the door before leaving sight of the food. We’ll undoubtedly order from here in the future!
