I order from this place frequently online and never had any issues but today when we ordered at 9:50 they decided to give us our pizza at 11:20 and the wrong order at that. They gave us pepperoni pizza we are Muslim , we don’t eat pork. We had ordered two beef pizzas with one that had banana peppers. We called them when we first figured out that the food was gonna arrive later then the designated time at around 10pm and specifically told them that we where waiting on two beef pizzas with one with banana peppers and they still gave us the wrong order. I would love a refund for this inconvenience but I ordered on the papa Jon’s website and that situation is tedious, but I will be calling the store tomorrow to discuss this situation since it’s late right now and they’re closed.

The pizza was delicious but the little popper chicken was disappointing. It has the consistency of sweet and sour chicken which is kind of soggy and then they just pour sauce over top so only the top pieces have any sauce. The bottom is just plain and dry. The cinnamon pull a parts are dry as well. No gooey goodness to them at all.

Great pizza! 4 stars only because you can not get deals unless you call the call center or order online (you can only pay card, there is no cash option to pay at the store). The food was cooked fast and it was good so worth the small hassle!

1 star is too much! I Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 chicken parm bites online. I called to make sure they received the order correctly before going to pick it up. My children were ready to eat before getting ready for bed and low and behold my order was wrong when I picked it up. I called and I had to return it to get the correct order and it wasn’t ready when I arrived. I watched a employee drop a utensil item on the floor and didn’t bother to clean it but sat the item back on the counter for someone else to use on the pizza dough. Mgmt in these fast food places don’t care about us as customers. They didn’t offer an apology or even a beverage for the mix up. Last time customer at this location.

Omg.. waited 2hrs for them to deliver my pizza..Ended up calling them to check the status of the order..They put me on hold and never came back to the phone so I drove up there.. I asked about my order and everyone had the dumbest looks on their faces..So I just ask for my money back and ordered from the one in Fayetteville…I’ll never go back to the one in Riverdale again…Lost a customer for life…

Pizza was great, made without any problems. Cheesesticks, special garlic sauce, marinara sauce everything was as good as expected. Thank you all for taking your job serious and making things good here. Im always thankful there are employees that still make things great like it’s supposed to be and not just clock in doing things their way.
