We’ve had a lot of Papa John’s pizza in the past, and I happened to be visiting a buddy the other night. Not only was it fast, this is easily the best Papa John’s Pizza I’ve ever had, and it’s not close. Our location near us consistently serves dry, overdone pizza. This location’s pizza is fresh, full of toppings and sauce, and the customer service at pickup was terrific. My buddy and his family are lucky to have this location nearby.

I tried to call ahead to place my order so the pizzas would be done for us when we can to pick it up. But they have a completely annoying, ridiculous recording that will not pass to a human no matter what button you push. The recording is loud & obnoxious to have to listen to over & over for everytime your trying to just talk to a live person to place a simple order! Beyond CrAZY! Please go listen to it! Anyway their pizzas are usually the best tasting, best quality of all the chains, but the store must use that plastic fake cheese or something bcuz it coagulated & clumped while it was still warm and was shiny like plastic….tasted odd! Since i never could get thru to place my order, i had to go in person to place my order and THEN wait 25 min fir my puzza to cook. Thats why they invented to pre-order by phone idea; so u just pick up your ready-made pizza. The guy working there was super duper nice & heloful & extremely courteous…a refreshing experience that made me forget about their disenchanting phone fiasco earlier 🙂

I placed an order that was almost $100 two days in advance. I even called the manager to double check and make sure everything would be ok. Today (the day of my order), the pizza didn’t arrive the time it was supposed to. I was on hold for over 15 minutes before someone finally picked up and told me the pizza would be arriving 30 minutes later than it needs to. I understand you might get busy, but when you know your order from 2 days in advance, you should be prepared.
