Delivery was very timely. Pizza was below average as you can see by the picture the cheese was not sufficient to cover the pie and my expectation was that there would be more sausage on the pie as well. Do better Papa John’s. I am also still a bit confused by the $4 delivery charge. Aren’t you a delivery company? Why do you feel it necessary to charge a fee for delivering?

Do not eat here. I went to pick up my pizza, no one was wearing any type of PPE. Bare hands touching everything. I watched a man scratch his beard with his bare hand and proceed to make a pizza. He wiped that same hand on his pants, and continued making that same pizza. No one had any gloves on. I asked for the manager who magically wasn’t in. I attempted to contact a help line on the app, couldn’t find one. I’ve ordered here for years. I’ve never seen something so unsanitary in a food establishment. No one even cared that customers could see them.

They will not answer the phone during business hours. They tell you the wait is 15 minutes until you pay. Once they have your money then they tell you the order is 60-75 minutes out.

There pizza is #1 when it comes to pizza chains. There sauce is flavorful and a little sweet. Toppings always fresh and dough cooked perfect for me ( a light fresh soft crust). Service I give top ratings walked in ordered and was told 15 minutes for 2 pizzas and they nailed it. 15 minutes later I walked out with both pies hot and ready for consumption.
