Pizza not even cut, called and just let them know and they offered another pizza, didn’t really want it but they insisted. FINALLY got my pizza cut and gave my friend a piece and I took a bite, and it’s doughy. I called back to let them know I just wanted my refund, I didn’t even want the pizzas, and the “manager” said that I obviously want the pizza, and I won’t be getting a refund (or another pizza, that I didn’t even want in the first place.) I just want what I paid for, or a refund. This is ridiculous and I just wanted to eat, but now I can’t eat because it’s doughy and they refuse to give me a refund. The major cut in there is from my PLASTIC KNIFE.

Ordered online…chose, in part, onions on left side, olives on right side… extra sauce & well done. Onions & olives dumped on same side… I can’t eat one due to food sensitivity, hubs doesn’t like the other. Pizza did not have extra sauce and was barely done, certainly not well done. I called & spoke to Steven who offered a less than sincere apology! Hands down the WORST pizza we’ve had in years! Such a pity the employees can’t read simple directions for building a pie. Time to give Domino’s another try!

Disclaimer: I’ve only been here once. I usually don’t do reviews, so I hope this is a testament to how good of a experience I really had here. Out of the 30 plus years I’ve been a customer of Papa Johns, I can safely say the pizza I got last night from these fine folk was the best pizza I’ve ever had from any Papa Johns. It was well cooked, the topping portions were on point, and the taste was immaculate.

This was my first time here today and I tried ordering from the app, which went as smoothly and seamlessly as possible! Not only that, but my order was ready when I arrived (even though I arrived early) and service was friendly plus everything was hot and delicious. Also, I must say that Papa Johns has the BEST chicken Alfredo EVER!

If I could give above 5 stars today I would. 4/16/23, we ordered our usual delivery order when it came my husband was doing work in the garage so I was waiting for him before starting to eat. Just before he came inside our doorbell rang when I went to the door it was a delivery person from Papa John’s with a pizza he said that they think that they made a mistake making our pizza so they just made another one and brought it out to us. I had not even opened the original pizza delivered just a few minutes earlier. I did thank the delivery person and when my husband came inside we did check and the first pizza delivered was missing the extra toppings we always add.

My wife and I generally get The Big Bonanza but it wasn’t an option online this time. We decided to choose a similar Pizza called Three Meat Italian Pizza. We were skeptical but pleasantly surprised at how good this Pizza was. Not only was this pizza good but every pizza we’ve ever gotten from this Papa John’s has always been high quality. With all the pizza choices out there I never second guess a trip to Papa John’s because I know I’m going to get quality food at a good price.
