My first time here. The man who helped me order my pizza was fantastic. I wish I asked his name. He should be in upper management sales somewhere because my mind was settled on a small pizza and I walked out with a large. Even though Papa John’s were covered in orders that evening, he took time to make small chat with me. My pizza was really good. I ordered the vege one and traded the tomatoes with meat.

Too bad you have to place a star at all. The experience I endured was ridiculous placed a order for Delivery did not receive my order called whom ever answered the phone had no customer experience was rude then stated remove it from the charge states once again rudely you would contact her boss comes back with options one being they would make more an bring or a credit choose fix the problem still never received it. The food was mediocre at best an took way to long for arrival was cold. Horrible experience never will spend my hard earned money at this horrible place beware

If I could give no stars, I would. So the one star I guess is for answering the phone. I called in an order for delivery at 3:17pm, not during peak hrs or even on the weekend. She stated that my pizza’s should arrive in about 45 min. I waited an hr before inquiring. This is a completely inept, incompetent, unprofessional establishment. She refused to give me the franchise owners name or contact info. She says she’s not allowed to give the managers name or contact info.. My pizzas were cold. They didn’t want to deliver to me. So my order was given to door dash. They refused to refund or cancel my order.. I will NEVER order from them again. No customer service skills. Then hung up on me. Waited two hrs for cold pizza and was hung up on by an incompetent tween.

Delivery time after placing order just shy of 2 hours. Pizza delivered was not the pizza I ordered. Called the store. First phone call was placed on hold greater than 10 minutes. Second phone call management was uncooperative. Asked for contact information related to owner of the store. Was told the entire situation was my fault and then the manager hung up on me. I will take my business elsewhere from now on! Piss poor customer service and management not qualified.

The pizza was good, warm not hot. Won’t use delivery again. I always tip at least 25% but when you add in an additional $4.99 for delivery and I live 2 miles from the place it’s not worth it. Order and pick it up yourself, it won’t be any colder than if it was delivered but it will cost a whole lot less.

This place don’t deserve no stars the doors need to be shut the people working there very rude then driver pull up sit in my driveway and leave with no pizza then returns and tears my property up by driving crazy even on road laid marks on road and wanted to talk to me like a dog on my property the woman who claims she Manger very rude I called Stephen’s county and made a report now I will be pressing charges for property damage this will be going to court already spoke to a lawyer I wish I could post the pics of the property damage the driver done squeeling tires in my yard note it’s been raining so it peel my yard up and then left black marks in front my house sitting there spinning wheels so I will see you in court papa johns and the driver which works for papa johns and responsible for the damages as well ……

Ordered a pizza at 6:00 this evening, for delivery. We are in a camp ground. Put address to camp ground, and specific instructions; “last row 1/2 way down lot #, and the camper brand” delivery driver comes, hubby is out side waiting, sees driver, driver looked right at him, and LEFT, didn’t get out and ask “hey where’s lot #?” He just left. Hubby calls store back talks to manager who tells him he will make another pizza and get it out to us in about and hour, mind you the first delivery had been about 45 minutes. 2, yes I said 2 hours later, it is now 8:50pm they finally show up, with a cold pizza. Let’s just say we won’t be going back to Papa John’s anytime soon.

I wish I didn’t have to give them a 1 star to leave this review. I ordered one pizza for delivery and asked multiple times for them to be sure they brought the crushed red pepper and garlic butter. I actually told them I was going to tip big because I really wanted them to get it right because they never have in the past. Not only did it come one hr and 30 minutes later (after they told me it would be 30 minutes max) but they again forgot the 2 simple things I asked for. It was cold and obviously setting somewhere for too long. Never again. Over it and spreading the word.

Order from them every week, with no problems until lately. Ordered a bbq chicken kapadia and it was filled with there sweet peppers. Which I can’t eat. Ended up throwing up after that. Tonight I ordered a bbq chicken pizza, it came with no bbq sauce. Called and they sent another one out. Was just as bad. Come on sauce is cheap.

Papa John’s is one of my favorite pizza places however this one definitely needs work. The last 3 times I’ve ordered I’ve had to wait over an hour and half for my order. The last time it was cold when I finally got it and when I called he said he could replace it but it would take atleast an hour and 45 minutes to get it. I placed an online order tonight and I was quested online 45 minutes and they immediately called me and said it was going to almost an hour and 45 minutes before it could here. I attempted to change it to carry out and she would not because they stop carry out at 9:15 and she called me at 9:14! I ended up cancelling my order after trying several options to get my order. The pizza is always good when I do get it with the expectation of the last time but their customer experience is horrible!!!
