We walked in together and he went behind the counter and immediately starts handling food, at that point I was done! Very bad customer service. The man there has very bad attitude, at first he threw the box of boneless chicken wings at me, then he cussed at me and at the end he threw the receipt at me as well!! Very unprofessional and rude. Also, we paid cash and he did not give us the change. We asked him twice for the change. Then he gave it back to us. I would suggest to go to a different location papa johns and to definitely stay away from the Flowery Branch location.

My family and I have been using this Papa John’s for years, and it is always a pretty solid option! Their sauce is a little sweeter than most, but it is really great if that is your cup of tea. I’ve ordered from this particular pizza place for many years, and for two main reasons – 1. Every driver comes directly to my apartment with no navigation issues and 2. Every order is hot, fresh and made to all my specifications, every time! It’s hard to find a restaurant that can consistently follow directions when you are making special requests that change the original menu items. Especially hard to find this in a pizza delivery place! So, this particular Papa John’s has more than earned my loyalty, and after years of consistency, I expect to be eating Papa John’s for every pizza meal we want in the future!!
