Order a pizza says 28-38 minutes it was about near 2 hours and I would ask them about my order and kept getting answers it was on its way I live 1 miles away and it was over 20 minutes after they said he was on his way and they were very rude on the phone. Pizza was cold and not cooked

WHAT A JOKE!! My daughter in law made an order online of 2 pizzas some wings and a large cookie dessert. I went and picked up the order for her. Both pizzas were supposed to be pepperoni and sausage. One only had 4 pepperonis (large) and the other one had pretty much no cheese on it. The wings looked ok but they forgot to put the cookie in the oven. As I’m waiting for the cookie I was approached by a lady who introduced herself as the owner, Sallie Hensley. The tone in her voice couldn’t be anymore rude when she faked apologized for the mess up. I stepped to the side to let other people approach the register girl. The owner, SALLIE HENSLEY maybe thought I left when I overheard her use my name and say I was lying and just ate the pepperoni to get a discount which is funny because i never left the store. I’ve also been in here a few times before. Literally everytime i was there Sallie was too. I overheard obscene accusations from SALLIE about a hairstylist next door named Megan trying to sleep with her husband Jason. Customers that just left were being made fun of BY THE OWNER and her employees all seemed upset. It’s a very toxic environment. I can overlook the food mistakes but the constant ridicule of her Customers and employees is just as pathetic as she is. Sallie is a nasty tempered woman who has NO RIGHT owning that place. I recorded her saying these things as well and had them sent to corporate as I’ve never been more sickened by a single person. Get help Sallie. Seriously.

Ordered online, after checking out wait time was estimated at 90 mins. We didn’t get to try the pizza as we went in and cancelled the order due to the extended wait time. Drove straight to Papa John’s in Toccoa and the order was ready by the time we arrived.

We had a pretty long day and it was last minute dinner decision around 9:40 when I put our order in for a sausage and pepperoni with mushroom epic stuffed crust. They close at 10 and It was about 10:20 when the driver came and he had a friendly demeanor and smile even though we had him working late. I was very pleasantly surprised. What a good guy. And what an awesome pizza. It was perfectly cooked and nicely presented and it was so delicious. We’ve been scarred by the nasty pizza hut in Lavonia so the Papa John’s experience was 100% better. Pizza is for lovers!

Absolutely love this family owned business. I finally met the owners last week. I had a mix up on a previous order and the owner went above and beyond to take care of the problem. Pizza usually undercooked. Horrible organization, they usually lose my order. Is never delivered on time. Last time I ordered the delivery was cancelled after an hour and a half of waiting and I had to fight to get a refund.
