Just ordered for delivery. She had indicated I could order/purchase an additional dipping sauce. I declined. I figured one would be more than enough based on the commercial. What I ended up with was a 2 ounce portion cup with about a teaspoon of cool ranch sauce in it. Food seems ok otherwise. Definitely not what I expected. Probably won’t order again.

The 2 cheese packet limit is ridiculous. It takes about 4-5 to cover a whole pizza. 2 is ok for a side item. Pls modify it at least to accommodate pizzas specifically. They are nice and make good food Xd. They are usually rather kind with requests. Haven’t gotten a bad order yet. I appreciate them and their crew at this location(:. I hope you guys figure out a better solution to your cheese packet problem that also satisfies your customers too, as it greatly enhances the deliciousness of my orders and enjoyment of my pizza.

I wouldn’t normally leave a review on a popular pizza place like this except to warn honest, hard-working individuals about how they think its o.k. to rip you off; called to order a philly cheesestake and breadsticks. Total, 24.75. For a MEDIUM pie and breadsticks. I get there and asked the cashier why the price was so high. Oh because I called instead of going online. But we have a large 5 topping for 15 bucks. So why don’t you fix it?? She couldn’t OR didn’t want too… Maybe the pie had steak on it??? I couldn’t tell because the portioning was unreasonably too small. Everyone please avoid Papa John’s AND Dominoes!! Both are rip offs!!

Ordered delivery to work. We order over $100 of pizza every week. We had ordered 2 pizzas. Only 1 pizza was delivered. We called the store and Grace the team member said we could come pick it up. We are at work, which is why we ordered delivery. The person we talked to, Grace, offered no solutions to help us with the problem, and said we could get half a refund on one pizza. Again offered no apology just said we could come get it. I asked to speak to the manager, she put us on hold, and then picked the phone up and acted like she was the manager. Then put us on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up, called again, and they put us on hold immediately. We then called from another number, and got her to give us a partial refund, which I am not happy with.

Just ordered from Papa John’s on Baxter Street, I ordered The Works X-Large thin crust pizza, 6 buffalo wings and 1 papadia. The pizza was not cooked all the way, the crust was thick, not thin, my wings were cold, and the papadia was not cooked all the way through. Of course I took photos. We threw the whole thing out, we were not satisfied at all, couldn’t eat it. I don’t complain about these things, but the whole order was no good.

I ordered pizza from Baxter street on January 3rd and it was terrible. I called trying to be calm as possible and explain that my pizza was burnt and it tasted terrible. The crust on the bottom was black and that I wanted a refund or a credit for it because it was not eatable!! The uncaring manager on duty “Ryan” night shift manager said that there was nothing he could do and was unbothered by the product he had sold!! I order from there a lot an this was the first time I’ve had an issue but I will not be going back to BAXTER st papa John’s!!!

I’m bad with names so forgive me! I was having the worse pain imaginable!! So I went to St. Mary’s hospital for treatment twice! On the first trip I felt a little better so the staff in the E.R I felt needed some type of reward I only had 60.00 bucks. So I went to pa pa John’s and the manager helped me out tremendously!! They delivered the pizza’s I was able to put inside the box a message. Nevertheless I just wanted to thank both the hospital and the pa pa John’s staff for the best service you can get!
