The delivery driver literally left my pizza on the ground. I’ve never had a driver put a pizza on the ground when there is a chair there. That was so rude and disrespectful. I called and talked to the manager, Tiffany, and she said we could remake the pizza, but we wanted the old ones back. I told her she could refund me and come get the pizza along with the bugs crawling around it. I really wish I could give 0 stars because the driver clearly was not thinking logical when delivering the pizzas.

This is how our dinner arrived. Pizza looking like it was stepped on. I called the manager and most of our conversation was him saying “uhhh”. We’ve ordered from here before and the cut, toppings and sauce style was wrong. We love Papa John’s but this store is ridiculous.

Every time we order from this location for delivery, they forget to deliver an item. I called to see if we could get the item refunded and was told that wasn’t an option. We were given the option of having it remade and delivered to us in 1-1.5 hours (it was getting late and we were putting our baby down and didn’t want to be disturbed late) or getting a store credit. We didn’t want the store credit as we don’t plan on ordering from this store any longer.

Forgot an item on my online order back in March. I called them afterwards and they told me they would credit my account however I just called them to place a carryout order and they have no record of this credit and they tell me they do not deliver to my address which is 1.9 miles away – and they have delivered here in the past. What a joke!

When I walked in the lady at the front was RUDE, she looked at me and walked away. The 2 delivery drivers were RUDE, no “excuse me” just an expectation that I was to move out of their way in order for them to get by. I’m so glad I DIDN’T leave a tip when I purchased online.

I purchased an order of wings from them. They carelessly wrapped them in the box and when I got home the oil had soaked the box and stained the seats of my new truck. I called the store and the manager’s response was I’ve never heard of that happening before. Next time I’ll drive the extra mile and go to dominos.

Incompetent! I already had to wait 10 minutes to get my pick up order because the girl cannot figure out how to use the computer with someone making over the phone order. Then once she’s finally done I give her my name she tells me she cannot find my order and of course I left my phone in the car and there’s four people waiting behind me. I go back to my car get my phone confirm I’m in the right location and I asked her what is it that she needs to pull my order up. She asked my name again and all of a sudden can’t find my order. If I could have only reached over the counter. This is my first and last time coming to this location. I can’t help but think it was intentional

Ordered a large stuffed crust. It wasn’t cheap after tax, delivery charge and tip. I was told 30-45 minutes. Over an hour later, I called in and pressed the #2 for order status. The recording said it should be delivered in less than one minute.Called again three more times over a 15 minute period, same recording response. The next call was placed as a new order ( #3 on the menu prompt). The girl said it was already delivered. I told her that we were near the front door and did not hear the doorbell ring. I told her about what the recordings said. she put me on hold for a manager. He said it was delivered 20 minutes ago. I opened the front door and the box was laying on my front entry. We had to preheat the oven to heat it up again. I asked the manager who delivered it. He answered, “sometimes in house, sometimes Door Dash). I told him we would eat outdated cold hotdogs without the bun before we ever call Papa Johns again for anything! One sorry delivery driver who got his/her tip in advance, who will probably be at another job one week or month later, just cost Papa Johns approximately 10 future years of revenue from my wallet alone! Be forewarned, DO NOT tip in ADVANCE! And………….call another pizza place or put some clothes on and drive over to a real pizzeria. It will be a whole lot less disappointment and anger. This Papa Johns is on Bold Springs Rd in Monroe. The crust had virtually no taste, the cheese no discernable flavor, with veggies that real offered nothing for the remaining taste buds. Never again! The manager didn’t offer any concessions. It is a good thing, as I was in no mood to hear it even if he did.
