Follow up from the corporate office, tell me that this type of complaint is not the 1st first of this location. I rejected the freebies that they wanted to send. I said , just fix it. The pizza for this type of pizzeria was okay. What’s frustrating is their inconsistencies with the delivery area.

Terrible experience. Ordered $50 worth of food and used the “time to pick up” function. I had business to do and specified 90 minutes out. 10 minutes into my work I get a text telling me my food would be ready in 10 minutes. It was cold and not fresh by the time I arrived. Manager refused to make good and cook a new order. I left empty handed and will never be back. They lost a customer forever.

I made a mistake ordering at the Dalton store for carry out. Whenever I ordered I intentionally wanted to do it at one of the Chattanooga locations but didn’t realize it was sent to Daltons location. Thankfully, after realizing this I was able to get my ordered cancelled and reimbursed even after they charged me and had made the pizza. After speaking with one of the employees who was very professional and polite, I was taken care of. Highly recommend a business who has no reason to refund me after they had made the product. Shout out to them!

Order the new garlic stuffed crust and I must say I am HIGHLY disappointed for $15 for 1 pizza is already crazy but I was excited to try the new pizza well it’s just a normal stuffed crust but they give you a garlic sauce lol there was nothing garlic about the pizza definitely not worth $15 maybe 10 service was great and everything else pizza tho never again

Papa John’s has always been my favorite pizza place. Sorry ( top competitor) but nobody out pizza’s the papa. I ordered the epic stuffed crust with extra cheese and extra sausage. Now I have epic stuffed belly. Delivered on time, hot and fresh.

If the food had been good I would have forgiven the poor communication but my wings and pizza bowl were gross. I watched them switching stickers on boxes while I waited. I assume they got orders mixed up and that’s why I received a notification that my order was ready. I use the word assume because when I mentioned to the young lady that “helped” me that I had received a notification that my order was ready she just said okay and walked away. People are understanding, for the most part. Just tell the customer that there was a mix-up and it will be ready soon instead of being dismissive and walking away. Plain rude.
