I ordered online and was told that the order would be ready in 22 minutes. I live about 15 minutes away. After arriving, they struggled to find the order. Then I was told 10 more minutes. After waiting the 10 minutes, I was told 20 more minutes and to park. While parked, the tracker notified me that the order had been picked up. Several employees were standing around looking at cell phones but no one was attentive to the orders. Not a good experience

This is the first time for a papajohn experience at this store…Ordered my pizza and cinnamon pull aparts today…wow.. it is a REHEATED PIZZA AND CINNAMON PULL APART…i was there in this store for pick within 10 mins of placing my order I even waited for them to box it…it felt warm from the outside box but when I open at home after 10 mins drive it is a reheated one… i know because i order pizza very often in another place. This is my first time for receiving a reheated order. SORRY BUT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT. It says 100% guaranteed on the box but SORRY you messed the name of papajohn my fave pizza store.

One of the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered 2 large pizzas and was told it would be about a 30 minute wait. 45 minutes later at the window I’m told only a few minutes left to cook. 15 minutes later swing back around and told the order was lost. Lmao 20 minutes after that I’m standing in the circus show lobby seeing why it was this way. Everyone making the pizzas are drowning in orders while the front staff look lost and confused. I’ll be driving a little further to a better location from now on.
