Order was WRONG! Pizza was hanging out of the box. Another pizza had the wrong ingredients and they forgot the drink. Manager wouldn’t give name when I called to complain. I have yet to receive a complete refund. ALL AROUND POOR SERVICE!

Unprofessional and slow. Ordered and they said it would be delivered in like 45 minutes. The app and website kept showing no update as if they were still making it. Called then all of a sudden they said the driver was on the way with the pizza. The automated system said it would be 33 minutes before my pizza was done which mean she lied, so I called for a third time then she said “oh yeah he’s leaving now”. That was lunch for my kids before my son’s karate class. They continue to drop the ball and honestly this is the worst location in Augusta. I ended up getting a refund because that’s ridiculous and unprofessional. Basically waited for literally two hours in total for one large pizza. Employees lack communication amongst each other and honesty when talking to customers. Don’t go to this location save your money and go somewhere else.

I ordered from this place numerous times and never had an issue I would always go pick up my order but the one night I decided to get delivery. My delivery took up to 90 minutes, from a establishment located 3 miles from my location, it just doesn’t add up to me. Pizza was cold, when I called to speak to a manager I was on hold for a very long time and had to call back four times just for someone to pick up a couple minutes before they closed. Told me that I could not get a refund because my story didn’t match up with the time that their delivery guy clocked out, even though my pizza was literally cold and I had to deal with my kids constantly asking “where’s pizza” pizza showed up cold kids, not even tripping though, just figured I’ll leave a review for anyone who’s planning on Delivery

Someone Special
If I could rate them lower I would. They were not open on the inside, so I drove to the side window. Which, was no problem at all. So I wait at the window for 20 minutes, I even beep my horn. Oh they seen me, but the two guys in the back were laughing living it up and one of them having a ball back there was eating while he was putting pizzas in the boxes. One girl was on the phone. Then another came up and they just chilling too like they at club Papa John’s. So I decided to call and cancel my order because it’s nothing wrong with communicating, but show a little customer service. I went and gave Sonics my money instead. If you order from Papa John it’s worth driving a little further. So you at least get treated like they want your money. I will never order here again.

Called in an order at 1:10. Called back at 1:35 to inquire about ETA and was told that there wasn’t an order in the system at all. The guy who answered the phone, said he would check with the other people or staff to see if they took the order. They all said no. While I was on the phone on hold, the order was delivered.
