Placed a order online for delivery at 1:15. When we came from the pool at 1 pm, the pizzas were sitting in front of my door. I called the store, and the young man said that they had to deliver through door das They didn’t have enough drivers. How is that my problem? I didn’t get a text message from papa John’s,or door dash. I asked who I could speak with over him and he said Taylor, but he’s not here. Who owns your franchise? I don’t know. So I have to keep this nasty pizza that’s been sitting on the ground for I don’t know how long? Well, is there anything wrong with it? Omg…I’m done

Was really disappointed. I had called an order in for me and a friend staying after school and waited 45 minutes. I called back and was told they never placed the order because they thought it was a “prank” because I asked them to deliver it and let us pick it up in the parking lot. I don’t understand how this would of been a prank call but the staff seemed to find the whole situation amusing. I did not.

Can’t get a hold of anyone but I ordered a pizza but we didn’t receive it until after hours we waited a 1 hour & 45 mins almost 2 hours at that for our food . I understand some business are short staff at the moment but it’s about communication I would’ve understood if someone called an said were short on staff at the moment would you like to wait or just cancel the order . Please communicate with your customers .

I always order online delivery from this store. The drivers are always nice. I did have to call recently and the employee was really helpful. Just FYI, store was recently bought out and new owner doesn’t use the online order tracking, so if you’ve wondered why it doesn’t update, that’s why.

Really disappointed. Ordered pizza and wings to be cooked well done. They weren’t. Ordered seasoning packets for pizza. Got zero. On the plus side the food was hot and the driver was friendly. Do better, PJ. Too many companies providing 100% satisfaction to settle for less.
