Slow service and poor management. It took over 2 hours to get my order that was scheduled to take 30 minutes. Twice staff lied on the phone about the status of my order and then when there was an issue and I asked for the manager she stood in the background telling her staff what to say while also talking negatively about me. She was even so childish as to bring my mother into the conversation.

Didn’t get a chance to order, girl who answered was rude, said it would take 2 1/2 hrs for delivery , I asked why, in a rude voice she said cause we only got one driver. So then I was in the middle of saying “okay, I will get carry out then” when I was put on an abrupt hold of 5 mins almost in hopes of me hanging up I’m sure, of course I did. For now, I will take my business farther away for better customer service.

I’ve ordered 3 times and all 3 times they didn’t bring my side item. I even called up there to remind them. Then I put for pizza to be well done and it’s not well done at all because pizza is soggy like it was taken out the oven too early. I had to throw it in the oven myself. And then driver showed up to my door on the phone arguing with someone. Just unprofessional and they don’t care about customers at all. Not eating here again. I tried giving chances but they fail every time. I usually don’t write reviews like this but this place is horrible and needs better employees.

This location absolutely CANNOT GET AN ORDER CORRECT. The last 3 times we have ordered from there the order has been wrong, the pizza half-cooked, and the attitudes of the employees is horrific. Pizza used to be fun and you could count on Papa Johns for their quality….not at this location for sure.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered my food 3 hours before bedtime and then bedtime came for my kids and they still have not had dinner. The manager said that they use doordash to deliver pizzas when they are short on delivery and he doesn’t know what they do with my pizzas afterwards. He had no remorse about the situation and did not offer me any solutions other than to get a full refund or to recook the pizza and take over an hour again. All those hours of my night were wasted and ruined. The people inside of the building that I spoke with a few times I called before I asked for a manager, we’re also lacking general customer service skills and lied to me about my food. I will never order Papa John’s again, they ruined the experience for me for all Papa John’s.
