We absolutely love Papa Johns but this one has declined noticeably in quality recently. In the past few months we’ve noticed that toppings no longer appear fresh (green peppers are now brown), they are suddenly tossed only in the middle instead of being evenly spread, and most recently, my husband and I both received food poisoning from our most recent order. We’ve been Papa John’s fans for years but after getting food poisoning, we’ll be going elsewhere until these things improve. Not sure if it’s new management or new employees, it hasn’t always been this way but it’s noticeable as of recently. Exploring other options now!

I’m not sure what happened with this location, but it’s been awful the last few times we ordered. We ordered a few nights ago, and between our food arriving barley warm and the manager not being very polite, I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon. I’m only giving a one star for the driver. She was very polite and helpful.

Ordered a cheese pizza no cut due to the pork being cut with the same cutter. Manager on duty greeted me with a warm welcome as soon as I walked In. He was more than understanding and didn’t mind not cutting the pizza. The pizza was hot and fresh.. delicious as well. I appreciate his kindness and patience for my order. Thanks again!!

I just ordered a pizza from Papa John and it was terrible. My husband and I ask for half and half. Half pineapple, ham and jalapeño on my half and the other with mushroom, pepperoni, onions, tomatoes with extra cheese. We got the entire pizza with pepperoni, onions, tomato and mushroom, jalapeño and pineapple there was no ham on the pizza. I called Papa John to speak to the manager. I told him we would not be returning this time (we took a break from them because of service). I told the manager I just want an apology for the service and I didn’t want to write a review because of their tank rating. He couldn’t, wouldn’t apologize so I advised him a would write a review. He said it was and prom today and that why their service was like it was. Don’t buy from them their service is awful.

Literally the 3rd time in a row I’ve ordered from this location and they could not meet the wait time. This time the estimated time wad 120 minutes. I waited until after 150 minutes passed before I called the store. They told me that the driver may have 4 or 5 other orders to deliver before me and it might be another 30 minutes. If this is the best service PapaJohns can provide, maybe I’ll just make my own. It definitely tastes better and, since there’s no convenience in ordering?

My food was delivered within 31 minutes which is great but food made me and my son sick an hour after we consumed the food from both ends ..never again !! I ordered 3 pizzas my boxes wasn’t sealed , I also ordered 2 6 piece wings one was missing a ranch and it’s just look like it was made poorly and for the amount of money It cost to eat here I expected more!! I would not recommend this location poor service this is not the first time I’ve had issues with my order at this location but this is my last time visiting this location and I will spread the word

Although this location has been short I’m n delivery drivers, sometimes only having one, they did make sure to mention that when ordering to give us a heads up and option to pick up if we desired. After two orders that we were informed wools take 1-2 hours we received an offer for free pizza in the mail as well as a credit to our account. Absolutely satisfied with their wonderful customer service, they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The manager I spoke with today was super sweet and helped me make sure I got credit for my papa points as well. Great gentleman! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The pizza was not Hot at all. It was warm on the verge of going cold. We had to microwave our ” fresh” pizza! I was not aware that delivery was done through Door Dash! YES I ordered through papajohns direct webpage! Apparently they don’t use or have hot bags that every pizza restaurant uses. I will no longer order delivery from this location. If I was confrontational I would have asked for a refund. On a side note… The door dash driver was very nice, and I appreciate him delivering to us in the rain.

Ok first off I have been waiting for my order for 2hrs, I received no notifications nor confirmation of my order. The reason I am giving 1 star is because yes they only have 1 driver but if I’d been made aware of this the first 3 times I called in 2 hours, I would’ve have just went to pick it up. I believe their customer service could be improved and relate messages better to their customers in the manner of saying they only have one driver when you call, instead of getting frustrated because your kids and family want to eat but there’s no food. Also, if you place order online beware they do not have access to your order, notifications, sms alerts, nor email so even if you ask they can not help you with information. In future beware of the fact that they are hiring drivers but can not find honest people to fill spots. Therefore you will be waiting on your order for 2hrs or more. Good luck!
