Unfortunately, this location is going downhill. The customer service was okay before; not great but not terrible. Tonight though, their delivery driver was smoking with his friends inside his delivery car meanwhile there was a customer that just came in saying he never got his delivery order. I guess the deliver guy was too busy with his friends. Meanwhile, my family and I ordered two pizzas and waited over an hour for it only to find out that someone else picked our order up. I love Papa John’s pizza but this location is the worst.
