This is a carryout only store. I use it periodically as it’s convenient to where I live. Ordering online is convenient, but execution of the order is a challenge for this team. For example, if you order your pie “well done,” (baked longer than standard), it is more likely than not this instruction will be overlooked. If you order a particular crust, it may or may not be used. If you care about getting what you ordered (and paid for), be sure to check your pie at the window; don’t assume it’s right. There is little or no quality control being performed by the management team at this store.

This past Sunday I arrived at Papa John’s to pick up my order only to be told that my order had been given away to someone else by an employee. I was told I would have to pull around and wait an additional 10-15 mins for a new pizza to be made! Any other night I would I have patient and understanding, however this was the last thing I wanted to hear following a 12 hr work shift. Thankfully, the female working was nice enough to refund me due to the inconvenience. I appreciate her customer service. Overall the situation was aggravating and unacceptable!

I normally don’t have any issues with this location, but this made me so mad. My whole pizza was awesome, but for some reason, they decided to put no topping on one singular slice. That is so weird to do. Thankfully, my husband just added sauce and ate it, but why not put toppings on that one slice.

Have not been to Papa John’s in quite a while. I was pleased with the experience. I placed my order online, and it was ready before I was able to get there. They also offer a rewards program that seems compatible with others. We chose carry-out, and they were ready for us at the carry-out window…pizza handed to us as soon as we drove up. Excellent Service!

Arrived after the app said my order was ready. One of my pizzas was not ready. They said they think a driver took it. They said it would take 6 minutes and they would bring my order out. 11 minutes later my order arrived. Don’t quote a time if you’re not going to be able to be close.

I called to order a large thin crust pizza it was going to come to $22 with deliveries so I said I’ll call back and the young lady was so nice she said I have some specials I have that one for $10 and I said that’s fabulous thank you very much and I’ll take that order of those cookies and a $4 tip and she gave me a total of about $21 the order arrived no cookies and you can see where they done discounting to bring it down to the price that she had quoted me and I think she should be commended from her boss she tried to please the customer. So I called back and he explained to me and showed me the discount I feel that her boss should stand behind her and not make her feel bad at all. We’re all humans we all make mistakes and God forgives us for that. I did not like the tone of The Voice of Brock was not nice not helpful.
