Pizza was good but all the toppings and cheese kept sliding off, cheese bread was good, but the pasta was 0/10 no noodles, 4 pieces of chicken (still pink) and slimy. Called to get a refund on the pasta cause we did not eat it and got attitude and to the extent instead of a apology and a proper refund for just the pasta. (I Understand the description said nothing about noodles but it should be expected if it’s Litteraly called “chicken alfredo ”) Shouldn’t of tipped people who can’t even have respect for others who Litteraly spend their money on food to eat. Don’t waste your money on it.

Spend $48 for 2 largepizza they deliver it one hour and 15 minutes cold spoke to the manger request 2 new pizza but this time pick up I give them the 2 cold pizza back made home and they were the wrong pizza after 2 hours I will never order papa John pizza any more

Decided to try the Papadias double cheeseburger yesterday. I’m curious where the “double” in the double cheeseburger is supposed to be. I see a few crumbles of ground beef, a little bit of shredded cheese, NO cheese sauce as advertised on the TV. It did have a ton of pickles on it, which I don’t like and pulled off. So, final review, this should be a $1 menu item, no way anybody would knowingly pay more for this!!!

Placed order at 6:45pm and said it would be 65 to 75 mins. Which isn’t horrible on a Friday night. But didn’t receive it till 8:35pm. I called the store so I could get some type of eta since the app was stuck on preparing for like 40mins. The person I talked to said it was already on the way which wasn’t the truth cause as soon as I got of the phone with them. 5mins later is shows it being delivered. The food arrived within 15 mins of departing. And the pizza is Luke WARM!! $60 dollar order for cold food!! Highly disappointed and would not recommend this store the old reviews are pretty accurate.
