This Papa Johns location is on point!! I ordered pizza for my daughters birthday party at school but accidentally put in the wrong date. When I went to pick it up they were like well you put the order in for tomorrow but we can get them ready for you really quickly. They definitely came through and saved the day!!! So disappointed! We order from this Papa Johns at least twice a month spending between $70 to over $80 for each order. The wait time for many months has been 2 hours. This is the worst we ever encountered for any food delivery BUT that did not stop us from ordering because the food has been worth the wait. If they got an order wrong they have always been very apologetic and would send a replacement. That was until yesterday. Once again we waited 2 hours for our order of 3 pizza’s and Cheese Bread. Everything looked good except for one of the pizzas that we ordered with extra sauce. Compared to our previous orders the amount of sauce did not amount to “extra”. When I called asking for a replacement. The woman told me she prepared the pizza herself and it had extra sauce. Regardless of her opinion the customer that paid for it was not satisfied. This is no different then buying something at store and asking for an exchange. I asked her if she was going to send us a replacement and was told “ No Ma’am we will not”. Wow!!! This was not acceptable in so many ways! My family will no longer be ordering from this Papa John store anymore. We will be ordering carry out at a different location.

I ordered 2 large pizzas at noon for delivery at 2 pm I called they said oops door dash must’ve delivered to incorrect place we can make again but it will be another 2 hours. The so called female manager (which she wasn’t just a liar) needs to get new employment because she can’t even handle an order correctly…. Will never go there again! I ordered from the online a few days ago for pickup and the pizza and cheese breadsticks were not baked enough, under the toppings on both the bread was still extremely doughy and myself and my family experienced stomach problems. The staff did not greet, the employee was more concerned about going outside for her smoke/vape break because when I walked in, she had her vape pen right in plain sight. I will not be going back to that location ever.
