Not so much a complaint as a friendly suggestion. The driver came with our food. He said it’s 31.38…without tip. I handed him the money, with tip that I already had in hand because as a server I know how it is when people don’t and I know how hard he works. But he shook the money and said how much is here? I said 39 he said oh ok and gave me our food and said have a good day. I totally understand how it is to get reviews or not be tipped I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. But maybe just if he counts the money then he knows he’s being tipped and the customer doesn’t get taken aback. Otherwise great food and he got here fast.

Worst customer service. Promised 15 minutes and it has been over an hour and no delivery. The manage r who finally got to the phone made a bunch of excuses about leaving a message. Meanwhile I have. 35 people waiting for food ordered I’ve an hour and twenty minutes. Retired people who have food and time restrictions. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Don’t order from this place. Horrible customer service. I had ordered an 8pc wing and received 6pc. When calling to notify of the mishap, spoke with Taylor, I was greeted horribly with no apology. I didn’t want any refund or replacement, I simply wanted to let them know of the mistake and to double check their orders before sending out. Instead I’m greeted with I can’t refund 2 wings, I can’t redeem the wings but I can redeem this or that, that was on my order. Then Taylor proceeded to continue with I can’t refund your entire order, what do you want!!!

We placed an order tonight for carry out, 1 pizza some jalapeño bites, 2 sauce cups, and extra pepperoncinis. When we picked it up we double checked the order in the drive thru, we were missing the sauce cups and pepperoncinis. We waited for the employee to come back to the window so we could ask for our missing items that we paid for. He brought the sauce cups and went to get the pepperoncinis. He returned with no gloves and handed me the pepperoncinis with no container or bag just exposed in his bare hand’s.. My girlfriend and I were appalled by such behaviors and will not be returning to this location.
